History

Established in 1976.

After 5 years as a Naval Officer and Graduate School I began Real Estate Career with Community Development, housing, Community management as well as sales & Marketing of residential homes.

Primary experience has been with Master Planned Communities in Florida, Texas, Denver and New Mexico. During all of these times I have had responsibility for several thousand Residential home and multifamily sales.

In 2012 I moved back to San Diego where I grew up with focus on both residential and commercial real estate.

Grew up in San Diego. Navy ROTC scholarship for BA degree. 5 years as Naval officer in Supply Corps.

Earned Graduate Business degree at Vanderbilt University then Real Estate Career in 4 different states prior to returning to San Diego.

Very active in local community volunteer commitments including Board of Ocean Beach Planning Board, Vice Chair of Point Loma Association, SD County Assessment Appeals Board member. Active with Ocean Beach Mainstreet Association, Point Loma Garden Club. Ocean Beach Town Council.

Married 47 years, one son who went to Pomona College in California and lives in LA. Hobbies include gardening, photography, walking, rescue dogs and reading
