Custom Antenna Systems

Contacted to see if someone could look at my installed rooftop antenna and give me some options for improved reception. I was willing to consider just about anything, including raising the height of the antenna mast or complete new antenna installation. I left my information and was contacted by a technician named «Mark.» Set up an appointment for Thursday, the 21^st of May. My daughter cancelled a work-​related appointment to be present at the house so she could receive an estimate, authorize work, and provide payment. No one showed up. I called Mark’s number and left a message. Never received a return call. Unreliable.

These people are amazing. We got a bid to put an antenna on the top of our condo complex and, without going into details they ran into MAJOR problems with the wonky wiring in our complex and had to spend extra time and do extra wiring. On top of that, we had to get them back out to do some adjustment when we lost some of the channels after the original work. When the time came to pay the bill it was the original bid – no extra charge for the extra work. Highest recommendation.

Great service. Very professional, honest and helpful as well. They answered all my questions without rushing a decision on my part. I decided to have an installation done and that went very smoothly. Totally lived up to their promise as far as the reception goes and the channels I get. It was well worth the money to have it done and has been hassle free. Don’t miss my cable bill at all!

Scheduled an appointment, Craig came out and installed the antenna very quickly. Gave me a variety of options and got everything completed with time to spare.

Went thru all the simple things it *could* be first —
turned out the RF reciever had given up the ghost –
Rick went thru a detailed check list of possibilities before comin up w a new replacement reciever — workin fine now :)
Not only did he fix the issue called for — he checked and lubricated the worm, track, gears, and door hinges & balance
price reasonable and affordable

If it was possible to give zero stars…
The office staff is rude. I was attempting to get some info about getting the antenna on our building fixed– or at least looked at. The «lady» I spoke with didn’t want to help me, or answer any questions. Sadly, there aren’t too many antenna services, so we may have to use them anyway.
