Business Owner

Travis J. Likert is the Owner, Broker and managing member of Crescent Bay Properties and he has spent the last 10 years in Real Estate and private money lending.

Mr. Likert is also a partner in Innovative Capital Corporation a full service real estate lending company. He is experienced in real estate, construction, residential and commercial lending and investments.

Mr. Likert holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
