Service was bad coffee was bad good thing lestats took over…

This place has been consistently disappointing the past 4 encounters. Why do I come here? Because it is the closest food establishment from my house and I get lazy.
1^st encounter, I order an iced coffee. They charge some wheres around $ 3.50. I ask why its so steep and they guy behind the counter gave some lackluster response about the coffee and brewing process bs. Look hon, I am from SF, where I pay bank for Blue Bottle New Orleans style iced coffee that has people lined up around the corner. But alas, this is not SF, this is SD where I pay bank for average iced coffee that people are not queung up for.
2^nd encounter order a chefs salad without ham to go. When I got home it came with BACON!, which was not listed on the menu. Once again, another lackluster guy behind the counter, not very in tune with dietary needs of customers, or probably does not care.
3^rd encounter: Ordered a triple cheese pesto panini, dudes behind counter had some secret interaction and then confessed that they have ciabatta bread instead of panini. Fine with me. Then I got home, and it was seriously a triple cheese panini. Seriously? I paid $ 8 for cheese and bread and chips? No pickle, no carrots, no pesto, no tomato, no lettuce.
4^th encounter: PRO: Breakfast is served all day, CON: no ketchup. What kind of brekkie establishment no hay ketchup? Oh you break my heart.
I don’t understand. These people don’t care, they are not foodies and there are flies landing on your food. Come here if you want to pay high prices for lackluster food and customer service.

Ordered a California Breakfast Sandwhich. I’m not trying to make a big deal out of this matter, but when my order was ready, I thought they were going to serve it to me, but instead, they made me get up walk across the damn room and get my food. Its my first time here, so I don’t really know how their service work.
Few mins later, I noticed how they were serving the food to everyone else.
Will come here next time to clog up their bandwidth and download useless torrents.
All in all, good food, fast internet, and discrimination in the air (also huge annoying flies hovering your food!).
