Established in 2012.
We are a «start-up» in the sense that we just launched in September of 2012 but we have over 15 years of event planning and management experience.
Meet the Business Owner
Jose C.
Business Owner
Jose made his way from Santa Cruz to Southern California where he finished his college experience at San Diego State University. He couldn’t get himself to leave the beautiful weather and the hospitality industry and has been in San Diego ever since.
His hotel career started as a Catering Coordinator providing support for the Catering team. Given the opportunity to advance, he was promoted to a Catering Manager where he handled the corporate and seminar markets. Displaying his incredible ability to sell and service events above his clients desires, he was promoted to oversee the entire department as a Director of Catering. Seeking a new opportunity, he decided to launch his own company.
CORE Event Solutions was founded by Jose late 2012 targeting smaller corporate, association and non-profit clients. He believes that, «smaller companies also need events as part of their marketing and their events are just as important, if not more then the ‘big boys’. Regardless of their budget».
