We are a group of best friends that share a common passion and skill for filmmaking. We believe that film is our medium to spread positive stories and ideas. Our focus is on serving individuals, groups and businesses working towards a greater good in our society.

Filmmaking also serves the purpose of giving us the chance to explore the many facets of life. This curiosity and thirst for knowledge pushes us to take on diverse projects (as you will find in our portfolio). We strive for excellence in each project and our greatest compliment is a satisfied customer review.

We have worked with the following types of projects: wedding videos /​films, small business videos, campaign videos, short films, product videos, auto videos, music videos and non-​profit videos.

History

Established in 2006.

When Cool Guys Productions first started it never was meant to become a business. Ryan and Austin, two 13-​year olds armed with video cameras borrowed from their parents, started filming their life-​long passion: Motocross. After months of filming their friends (and themselves) riding at different spots, they learned how to get footage on their computer and started their first edit.

One early morning the final touches were put on their 25-​minute video and there was only one thing left… they needed to have a video production company name for the credits. A mixture of tired teenagers and a sense of sarcasm landed on the name Cool Guys Productions.

Nearing the end of their high school years, Ryan and Austin started receiving requests to film weddings and other events. Their passion for videography quickly turned into a way to support themselves as they worked through business school at La Sierra University. After graduation Steven joined the team as they made the b
