If I could select negative stars I would! Do not use this business. This man was my SLUMLORD for three years. He used bullying & intimidation to try to take advanatge of my basic tenant rights. I went three days without hot water b/​c he was too cheap to call in an emergency plumber. The circuit breaker in the house had gaping holes in it & he was unwilling to provide me with three pronged outlets… he claimed it was not possible to install grounded outlets in the bedrooms even though the bathroom & kitchen had them. I am sure if i had been a paying customer he would have charged me to do it. Needless to say, I won a judgement against him as he tried to retain my security deposit. I then placed a lien against him & recouped my judgement. Don’t patronize this business!
