This is a horrid business, do not rent through them, or lease your home with them. Any call will typically result in them needing to call you back, except for one problem… you won’t get a call back. Day 18 we hadn’t heard a thing. Without calling countless times, we would’ve gotten none of it back. A solid 30 days into the nightmare it’s finally over. House was returned in great shape, but we were charged for wear-​and-​tear items. If you want to talk to someone rude on the phone, go ahead and give ‘em a call!
