Came in earlier today looking for a birthday gift, the lady behind the counter (some brunette chick with a septum ring apparently used to work at icing (?)) was too busy chit chatting with friends than to help customers. I stood there for awhile waiting to ask a question. She didn’t seem to notice me as I stood in front of the counter probably because she was so engulfed in her conversation with 2 other girls she apparently worked with before so I ended up leaving. Came back a little later to see if the item I was interested in was still there but it wasnt. The next lady was a little more helpful and took the time to help explain the sales to me. Tried mentioning the woman that was working before but she clearly didn’t understand and brushed me off. They have cute jewelry in their clearance items…

Brought my daughter here to get her second ear piercing. They did a great job. Clean, professional and can’t say it enough, clean. The earrings they pierce your ears with are sterile, but their gloves and the piercer is not sterile, however they do everything they can to make sure it is as close to sterile as possible. (I believe it was a woman named Nicole who did the piercing.)
They have a nice selection of earrings to choose from for piercings and my daughters ears healed nicely.
Regarding the rest of the earrings available throughout the store, I am not impressed. At all. You get what you pay for. 5.00 for 20 earrings, you will get cheap earrings. They will fall apart and discolor.
As with the rest of the store, they have phone cases, pictures, necklaces… etc… a little bit of everything, it is worth a look. Remember, you get what you pay for!

Staff was so friendly, and when I couldn’t find something I needed they checked their shipment, offered to call others stores, and seemed genuinely concerned with what I needed. I’ll defiantly be coming back! Thank you guys

I love taking my little girl to this Claire’s. It’s pretty hidden in Mission Valley Mall, however. But whenever I’m in Mission Valley, I make my kiddo’s day when we come here.
TONS of earrings… no joke! Many of them are buy 2, get 1 free.
We just went to The Jo Bros. Concert, so we’ve been searching for accessories with anything Jonas Brothers (Yippee for me!!). We didn’t find too much here, but they do have small sections of Jo Bros, Hannah Montana, Hello Kitty, HSM, and Disney Princesses.
I walked out buying 7 earrings, a locket necklace, and a pin for $ 32.33 and scored a $ 10.00 Bonus Card to use Dec 1 – 14, 2008. Good reason to go!
