Some of the staff are ok, but this branch is run by a manager that does not posses the right temperament for a client-​facing position.

The manager and personal banker here has changed. I have been the customer here for almost three years, and their personal bankers have been changing for more than three people. One of them even made mistakes all the time, and I was told by other personal bankers about the mistakes made on my accounts!
Personal bankers and manager in this branch are poorly trained and not helpful at all when it comes to customer service. Although you call him manager, he does not know anything except the hard rules. Seems like he is not educated about «service» but only memorizes policies. They try to avoid their responsibilities when issues occurred internally. In a sense, they showed an attitude that they do not trust its customers. I believe no customer expects to be treated like this from the bank where he/​she invests money in! So I withdraw all my money. Who would like to give them the money if they are so irresponsible?
Worse bank in a worse area in San Diego. Even the manager is poor in his service. Besides, none of the employees ever wears smile and welcomes people.
There are many other banks nearby. I would strongly recommend you to go elsewhere instead of this branch! Spread the word, please!

The hours to this place are wrong. They open at 10am. I came to close my account because of continued monthly charges which I was told were fixed months ago. Meanwhile my money kept disappearing. I have never dealt with banks taking my money when I’m supposed to be saving. I’m closing my account as soon as they open.
If you are considering opening an account here take my advice, they change their fees without warning, their packages change on a regular basis, and this affects the customer. Over the amount of time I’ve been with this branch I have lost over $ 2000 in hidden fees.
