This seems to be a pretty inexpensive place to bring kids to play and scream as much as they want. That being said, be warned that children are in fact screaming and running around the entire place on top of the music being played and sounds from the games. It can be pretty overwhelming, but they do offer beer and wine to ease the pain. Unfortunately, they were out of beer and the wine tastes terrible. If you stick around long enough, a giant Chuck E. comes out and tosses free tickets to kids. The games are relatively fun when they work and there is even a giant play structure that seems to be a real winner at the price of 0 tokens. Make sure your patience isn’t completely depleted once you go to redeem your tickets because the counter seems to be understaffed or completely unstaffed pretty much all of the time. Aside from the relatively low prices, one other great feature of this establishment is the security that they provide as you leave. Everyone that came in together must leave together, so you don’t have to worry too much about someone snagging your kid.

And told all my friends on Facebook this is has to be the best Chuck E Cheese in San Diego. My son loves to play the Transformers game the pizza is quite delicious and the people that work here are beyond helpful and are very accommodating I love the staff here. My order– 1 cheese pizza $ 12 100 tokens $ 20 1 large beer $ 5.50 Depending on how big your party is the prices can add up but its well worth it with for a good night out with the kids.

Great place for young kids like my 4 year old. The games are in good shape and the place was clean. We came on a busy Sunday but had a great time anyway!

It only gave me the option to pick 1 star versus no star so that’s explain that. We came for New Years Eve to celebrate my daughters birthday all the way from Fresno, CA. 350+ miles away to spend it with friends and family. We had a good sized party and bought 3 meal deals, about 600 tokens and some drinks. Oh and the cake … The 10″ cake … My son went to turn in 17 tickets(we wanted him to get encouraged to win more so we said go ahead and turn it in) The gentlemen at the counter TAKES his 17 ticket receipt and keeps it and tells him«You don’t have enough this doesn’t count» So here comes my son, broken hearted and crying saying that the guy at the counter took his only tickets. Ok, maybe he’s holding them for him? NO. As a matter a fact, he was intimidating my son with looks, rude as hell to the rest of my party … And then there was the cake. Now, we usually bring our own cupcakes and cake, but this year we brought goodie bags and said«well just get a cake there so we don’t have too much left overs» as we are staying with family, don’t want to take up the fridge right? It took them 12 reminders, and 4 hours to give us a FROZEN cake. Yes, a solid rock, frozen ass cake! A disclaimer when we purchased ANDTHAWINGITOUT as soon as we bought it would have been nice. And to finish our experience, the manager was at the counter helping customers and LEFTTHEREGISTERWIDEOPEN not once, but twice, with the compartment from the register on the counter … Not a care in the world. It was literally overflowing with cash and she just left it there. Lucky for her were a military family with integrity! But she is well on her way to loose her job because that isn’t a nice side of town. There was customers who’s BO and loud obnoxious«N» word calling just steps away … So corporate, train the manager soon, she’s going to cost you tons of thousands of dollars. We will NEVER return to this location. We were fans when they first opened in 2013, but now … We wish we would have taken our $ 165 elsewhere!!!

This place is really dirty and it’s also in a bad area. Half of the tables in here weren’t clean and didn’t get cleaned the whole time here. Also half the games are broken

Worse chuck e cheese experience ever and we loooove chuck e cheese! We waited an hour for our medium pizza before finally just asking for a refund. I wasn’t the only one waiting. There were 3 other women waiting for their pizzas, also due an hour plus. Probably not coming to this location again.

All the staffs were friendly and helpful, and my 5 year old son had a lot of fun. However, it seems that there are not enough staffs to keep up with the cleaning. Tables were not cleaned for long time, and there were trashes everywhere I looked. We visited on Saturday afternoon, so on weekdays it may be better handled.

I have to say this place is pretty awesome! Came here for a bday party and the service and staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Thanks for taking care of your customers big and small! And they have shock top beer on tap a large 4.99, takes the screaming kid edge off.

Parents do not bring your kids here. My family and I came in to have lunch with our son. The first thing you notice is on the table the condiments are crusty dirty, the napkin holder smeared with who knows what and the place stinks. We wanted to turn back but it was to late, who ever has or has had a 3 yo. knows what I mean. To cut the story Short we won’t be back.

If this location is 4 stars, I hate to think how awful the other locations are.(They are getting two stars since it was a Saturday night but management should still staff and handle things appropriately.) At first, we thought, okay, they are friendly and helpful when we first arrived. We ordered our Eat and Play package and went to get our drinks. The whole area around the fountain drinks was wet and sticky and there wasn’t a sign in sight to warn people of the potential danger. It stayed like this for over an hour before anyone did something about it. The booth we picked seemed like the cleanest one. The walls around the booth were sticky and there were pieces of food stuck to them. The food is meh. You go for the fun experience with your kids… not for great food. The majority of the«games» are not really«game» but machines where you try to get tickets. Half of the games or rides we tried either didn’t work or didn’t give us tickets. There wasn’t anyone on the floor to assist either. Fine, whatever. I noticed in the play structure area that there was a cupcake wrapper. It stayed there for 2 hours. The place is such a mess and so gross. Why don’t you have someone going around every thirty min to do a quick sweep and pick up that stuff? Out of all the ticket counting machines, only three worked(I think there were 8 total there). The guys at the ticket/prize counter were all over the place and couldn’t function. The guy checking stamps at the door for the kid check shouldn’t be there. He tried to check my daughters arm and then mine. Never saw the stamp. Then I said, the stamp is on her left arm. He looked at the right arm. I said the left arm again and he still turned the right around around looking. I then said, this is the left arm… the stamp is in this area. He didn’t even look at it and left us leave. Not safe at all. I watched him do this with other people as well. Overall, dirty, broken and poorly managed place.

I took my little sister here last Monday for her early birthday. The man on the front was friendly enough to give her extra coins. We ordered pizza and wings, and the slices are small. It was expensive kind of. What do you expect though? This place is mainly for playing than eating lol. They made the pizza and wings specially for the kid’s mouth so it’s understandable. Yeah some tables were messy, but some weren’t. Playground area well smell like feet. It’s so bad that they had to install a vent in the slides LOl. Well kids are going to be running around with their stinky feet, so be prepared. Monday wasn’t that bad because there wasn’t as much kids there. All machines worked. Service was great. My sister, family, and I had fun. I don’t really have any complaints.

I love this location. More so because it’s less crowded that the others. I feel that it has more games and a bigger space. And when there’s less people I’m more comfortable with my kid running around being a kid. Than when there’s a lot of people and your super worried. The salad bar was clean and everything was filled. Didn’t see no game techs out. And that’s a bummer since like 5 machines didn’t work and took my money. But clean location. There was a mishap by the bathroom, a girl had started throwing up and it was super disgusting had to leave right away. But right away one of the employers there was on their knees cleaning it up right away. Wow! Felt bad for them but by o mean they got on it right away!

Not clean environment for kids, need more care when it comes to keep this place clean! UPDATE: The staff were very responsive and accommodating when I mentioned the sections I had concerns with. They managed to address the matter promptly.

Went here for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party which started at 10 am today! Our host, Megan(I think that is her name) was great. I was busy talking to our guests for the party that I forgot her name. The appetizers came out and then the sandwiches, pizza & hot wings. Food was good. Drinks were unlimited. The even served beer for the adults. We had the table until 12 noon. Once our time was up, we had to leave. They even served cake & ice cream at the end before we left. Good place for kids of any age. Highly recommend for parties!

I am a firm believer that all Chuck E Cheese restaurants should give away welcome baskets to adults that are complete with bottles of alcohol and hand sanitizer. This one is no exception. The kids go CRAZY with all the games. They do birthday parties really well here, but it’s a bit too chaotic for my taste. There were many machines not working while we were there and for the amount of tickets we won, the prize selection was pretty poor. My kids were happy with their silly straws and slinkies, so I guess overall… it was A-OK. Actual party rooms and spraying people as they enter and leave with sanitizer would get higher ratings.

Clean facility, extremely friendly staff, and great tasting food. I’ve been to the CEC in National City and Midway, and this location is by far the cleanest and less crowded(in regards to parking and patrons) of them all. The staff members I’ve encountered have had positive attitudes and seem to enjoy what they do. I’ll continue to bring my kids here and keep up the good work!

My kids call this the ghetto chuck e cheese but it is so not ghetto. This is the only chuck e cheese I now go to. The floor plan is open and the games are spaced apart. I don’t feel like I have to follow my kids to every game and hover over them I park my butt at a table in the middle of the place and can see them anywhere in the room. This past weekend I went and ordered there world famous pepperoni pizza, loved it and the recipe has changed since I was a kid. Still one of the best pizzas ever. I even got cinnamon sticks which were super good to for dessert. The food came out pretty fast after I order. The cashier told me to take a survey at chuck e cheese and she’d give me 50 tickets when they normally only give 20 tickets so I took her up on her offer. In fact I bought something else and she said she’d give me another 50 tickets and she did. So I got 100 tickets and didn’t play a single game. She even let me charge my phone in the front since it died to get enough charge to go online. I wish I remembered her name because she was such a blessing. My kids usually waste their tickets on games that don’t give tickets so with the tickets she helped me get they were able to get cotton candy. You can say they wee pretty happy campers and like the saying goes happy kid happy mom.
