I am a residential lending expert with extensive knowledge of all home financing products. I have been in this business for 12 years and have over 500 clients in the greater San Diego area. My goal is to offer competitive loan products with excellent service. I have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT). I was an investment banker with JP Morgan holding series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. I have a CA DRE Salesperson license and a Mortgage Loan Originator State/​National license.

Reviews are always about you but never to you so I thought I’d take a moment to personally «Thank You» for all the dedication and hard work you did for me. While I knew I was not your only client, you sure made me feel like I was because you always made yourself available to me by responding so quickly. You are confident and knowledgeable in the work that you do because you did everything you said you would, even from the seller’s perspective. You know how I know… they stopped calling me directly because my previous loan officer never got back to them. Plus, the seller even complimented you for that when I picked up the keys!
I also want to thank Victoria for never stressing me out when buying a home is already so stressful. She is very calm, organized and detail oriented. She worked on a day she should’ve been at home resting in order to meet my short deadline that was thrown on the both you right before the holidays.

The dream team strikes again!
I’m updating my review because Chris Russo did it again! He and Victoria worked their magic for me. Here’s how. I was being charged what appeared to be double property taxes on my impound account; a supplemental tax in addition to the monthly property tax amount-​yikes! To make matters worse, the property assessor website shuts down for a few months out of the year and does not open back up until as early as September. Well, here we were late July/​August time frame — and of course the website was down. As you can imagine, I needed my property tax matter taken care of like YESTERDAY. Once again, Chris worked his magic in getting ahold of someone at the tax assessor site who was willing to send him documents on my behalf. He knew something was wrong and knew I was being charged too much. I’m humbled because Chris was willing to go to bat for me. I’m glad he did. Why? He saved me hundreds of dollars AND got my money back! Now that’s what I’m talking about-​money in my pocket!
Chris is also very educational. He is very patient to explain anything you need. I’m always impressed with how much time he spends ensuring I am comfortable with any options presented to me. He is the consummate professional and expert in his feel. I feel safe knowing I’m in good hands with him.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Chris 7 years ago when I was a loan officer myself. Chris was always insightful, helpful, upfront, and honest. Being out of the loan business for a few years and needed to refinance myself I needed someone I could trust, who was knowledgeable of all the recent legislative changes surrounding the mortgage industry, someone who could be quick, accurate, creative, competitive, and sensitive. Chris was all that and then some, he spent time with me educating me on what options I had, even came up with some creative ideas I hadn’t considered. Talked to me about how we could best structure the loan to get the best rate, how to repair credit to secure the lowest rate, and promised an aggressive closing date and met it. We had lost a home, and filed bankruptcy a few years earlier, so we didn’t know if we would qualify for a new home.
