TREVOR PIKE: I have lived in San Diego my entire life, as I grew up in La Mesa where I attended Grossmont High School, earned by Bachelor’s at University of San Diego while playing baseball. I have worked alongside Chris Love for over 10 years selling Coastal SD real estate

I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers, and each transaction brings something new, exciting and challenging. I pride myself in client communication, marketing exposure, market knowledge and explaining the buying/​selling process to each client in San Diego.

When not selling real estate, I am usually in the water surfing, yoga/​working out, trying new restaurants or traveling somewhere with my wife, Catherine & daughter.

Trevor did everything to make our house purchase happen. Kept on top of the transaction at all times, and made every effort to keep it moving forward. Kept us informed (even when neither the lender nor the escrow company did so – really made up for their fumbles). Did everything he said he would do, and more. I worked with Trevor Pike to purchase my first home in the Bay Park area and he was over the top great to work with. Purchasing in 2013 was a very different time and Trevor understood the market very well. He had great know-​how of the negotiation process and also kept me in the loop with everything, so nothing caught me off guard. In today’s market there are so many horror stories you hear and it was great to work with someone who was so organized. I would have lost my mind trying to do this on my own. He also is very well connected on everything related to the process, he has great list of vendors and lenders who also exceeded my expectations. I am extremely busy with very little time and was amazed at how great of an experience I had. He was also great after my home purchase, checking in and following up with all kinds of help and advice. My wife and I worked with Trevor Pike on purchasing our first home this past August. We were blown away with the effort by Trevor throughout the entire sale and were very pleased with the result. The home we purchased was not even listed on the market when our offer was accepted by the seller. In this extremely competitive market we could not believe Trevor and Chris Love Coastal Properties were able to secure our home and have our offer accepted by the seller. To top it off, my wife and I were getting married in September and planned a 15 day honeymoon on top of our 9 day destination wedding.
This meant that we were out of the country for 24 of the 30 days we were in escrow. Trevor was extremely diligent and tactful throughout the process. He took care of our concerns which allowed us to focus on the exciting time in our lives.
We ended up closing in 30 days due to Trevor being organized and collaborating with our broker and the seller during escrow. I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone from a first time home buyer like myself or an expert on the process of purchasing a home.
My wife and I had previously placed 6 offers and we did not even receive a counter to one of them prior to working with Trevor. Now, we are so happy in our first home and we are so thankful Trevor made it all possible!

DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! Chris Love allows the office secretary Tia Scott to handle important matters in the office to which she is not only not licensed, but also not intellectual capable of handling. She was in charge of the lease for a property we wanted to rent. Not only she did not have a clue about what she was supposed to do, she didn’t even know how to fill out the lease agreement!!! Wrong dates, wrong information etc, we had to list line by line what was wrong and how it should be and still it would come back wrong, shocking!!! Terrible communication, never contacted us when se was supposed to, lied about everything along the way (now we see it). Two weeks before we were supposed to move in, we received a TEXT, that’s right A text, saying that the owner didn’t agree with the terms of the contract!!! She never bother to explain what, or why etc. everything in the contract was in agreement with the ad listing the property. Looking back I believe we were victims of a scam! BE WARE!!!

I would definitely recommend him. I interviewed multiple realtors in the area and he far exceeded my expectations. He has great negotiation skills and keeps both parties happy for a smooth transaction. He had my place in escrow within a couple days and diligently followed up in every step of the escrow.
