It would be a 1 star rating, however, our dinner for 5 was comped due to the 1 hr 15 minute wait to recieve our dinner. Three tables who were sat after us received their meals before us and our complimentary chips and dip took 20 minutes to get to our table. Our waitress gave my kids dinner 45 minutes in, finished her food, and we waited another 20 minutes for the rest. We are not sure if it was the fault of the waitress or the cooks. But it was a very unpleasant experience to say the least especially since we were all very excited to dine at this location for first time.

Manager looked like a slob had a wrinkly shirt no nametag. Hostess actually saw me coming in and walked off instead of greeting me.

USECASHONLY. Visited this location just before closing. After appetizers and drinks that were satisfactory, we used the table side terminal to pay the check. By the next morning, multiple unauthorized charges were attempted.

Ashley Lynn M. is a fantastic server! She is bright, polite, and knowledgable about the food prep and her service was excellent. The food was served hot and very tasty. We’ve been here several times in the past(meh), but today the service made all the difference. Very enjoyable experience.

Yesterday on Wednesday night around 10:00 we went to grab drinks and chips and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Right when we walked in the hostess was nice but as soon as we were seated in one of the bar booths we got immediate attitude from one of the servers(long brown hair, short,) she had a nasty attitude and she should not be treating customers with that much disrespect. Because of her our thoughts of chilis has change and we will now be bringing our business elsewhere. My next step, I’m calling her GM. Dumb bitch. #tgifridays #meetuthere

Chili’s on Scripps Poway is absolutely horrible and I refuse to go back. Long wait times, never get the order correct, food is average at best. .. bad location for sure.

Chilis is Chilis. You know what it taste like. It’s good. The review is aimed towards the staff. No one greeted me. I found the«Chilis to go» section on my own. There was a «if no one is here. Go to bar» sign. But no one was at the bar so k went back. And everyone running food could see me, so I understood if they couldn’t help me right away but you should acknowledge the human being in front of you. The manager(I assume she is a higher position due to her uniform) Cynthia saw me clear as day & didn’t acknowledge me or even say«we’ll be right with you». When someone finally did. She whispered to the guy that was about to help me that I could go wait at the bar. Which may not seem rude but ok? Cynthia didn’t help me nor acknowledged me. Now this guys is about to speak and she cuts him off and so he doesn’t get a chance to acknowledge me. So I was just really irritated to never been greeted or be acknowledged. I get to the bar and I was patient because the bartender was busy. I was a tad aggravated but then Tasha helped me out, got my order & completely changed my mood. There was just something about her attitude that changed mine. Point blank, your attitude affects the customer. So put on a smile. Take a second to acknowledge someone so they know you care & for the love of god smile.

Went to Chili’s with the family. We did one 2 for $ 20 which came with appetizer and another regular entrée. All of this was definately enough for three. We ended up with lots of left overs. The service was really good and the food came out really quickly too! Ordered the hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream… best cookie ever!!! Not that expensive, total was about $ 45 for the 3 of us.

Came here for a team lunch recently and there were a lot of us. Over a dozen. I don’t frequent Chili’s on a regular basis but from my memory of them in the past they have stepped up their game! I ordered the Bacon Chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll and it was tasty enough. Everyone got their food reasonably promptly with minimal hiccups. A fine place to watch a game or just hang with some buddies.

Food is ok but it’s chili’s so you get what you pay for and that’s not expensive whatsoever so I’ll take it. Used to come to this place a lot but had to take a break but we had an amazing server that we’ve never seen before, Lauren, she was very sweet and very attentive but not overbearing like some waiters can be. We will be back and will ask for Lauren! Thank you Lauren for such great service!

Came here for my son’s school fundraiser. Chili’s is my wife’s favorite dinner spots and we love the chili. But tonight I ordered the fajita mix with steak and shrimp. I’m a big eater and I wish it came with more protien and more than 3 tortillas. But my craving for fajita was filled and I would definitely order again.

I think people underestimate how great chilis is! The food is really good, the service is fast and fun and nice, and the lighting is dim. Our server Patrick was great! I recommend the buffalo salad and the brownie toffee ice cream dessert thing it was delicious! The music is also fun so that’s a plus!

So… yes it’s a Chili’s, but this is an affordable and quick place to grab a bite to eat close to our place when I’m too lazy to cook after a day at work. Food and drinks are always consistent and the servers are always friendly. P. S. their rewards program is actually pretty sweet if you come here more often than once a month!

It’s a Mexican chain with decent options. The Appetizers are great but i’m not a fan of the Main dishes. we started with the Southwest chicken soup topped with crispy tortilla chips, Chicken crisper, buffalo wings and cheddar bites(which i loved). The triple dipper is a good option for groups(you can choose any 3 appetizers). For Mains it was mix & match fajita’s with grilled chicken and seared shrimp, ask for extra tortillas if you’re sharing. Spicy shrimp Tacos served with chile rice and black beans Chicken tacos with rice and beans A combo of Margarita grilled chicken and Ancho Salmon with beans and skillet mash. The place is nice but the food always takes a little long to get to the table. The staff is friendly and the service is fine. The good news is they have a bunch of cocktails and margarita’s which are great. I recommend go during the happy hour and pair your drinks with all the amazing appetizers. Cheers!

So we get to chilis we stand there waiting to get seated and no one helps us.(Even tho the waiter saw us) So we just sit down Waitting for someone to seat us. And no one comes. And then this lady that is getting off work is walking past us. And then she asked if we have been helped and we said no. And she sat us even tho she was already off. So annoying. But I still love chilis, usually they seat u right as u get their. So it was just today. I love the food. But I hardly ever tip a big tip. I just leave about a dollar or two. The waiters aren’t always as amazing as you would like.

I previously reviewed Chilis and gave it 2 stars because of the bad service I received. I recently went here and the service was definitely better. Not great, but better. I came here on a Friday evening with 5 other people. Since the bar area was full, we were able to sit in the regular dining area and they would still honor the happy hour menu. The server greeted us and asked if we were ready for drinks. We said we needed time, and he said that he would come back with waters. He never came back with the waters. Usually they offer to bring out chips and salsa, but he never did. We ended up ordering more drinks than food. I always get the Tropical Sunrise which is really good if you like sweet alcoholic drinks. I tried the Half Order Texas Cheese Fries and Boneless Buffalo Wings. The portions are a bit small, but then again, it was only like 2.99 each. The food was good.

I believe there’s a reason why this location is still open — superior service! Their wait staff are friendly, industrious and enthusiastic about their work. Wait times are never too long for the bar or dining area. Food is always prepared on time and warm! I’m a fan of their chips and guacamole as well as their steaks! I never had to ask for a refill… Drinks were replenished quickly and our server kept checking in on us during our meal. I wish the 4S location was still open… If you receive excellent service and delicious food, you’ll keep coming back! I know I will. Easy to get to, tons of parking and a dozen TVs!
