Chase Bank

Customer service was terrible. I was the only customer in line, three tellers were open and one other customer was at a window and I still had to wait. There were several other customers waiting to talk with the various bankers who were just sitting at their desk looking at the computer screens. I remember now why I stopped coming to this location. Customer service is terrible.

This is a horrible establishment. Literally waited 30 min to speak with a banker. They only staff 2 bankers at a time… during peak hours when everyone is getting off work. What a joke. No wonder Wells Fargo has much better service marks

Customer service is the worse weve been waiting for a really long time we woke up early to come to apply for a credit card and still nothing by far the worse customer service

Good experience especially on the 3^rd of the month. I had to go to the banker side not the teller line.
Although the teller line was long (25+ people in line), the 3 people working the place were trying their best. It’s a really small branch but supposedly on this day (3^rd of the month) they say they always have this turn out. I did observe a woman complain but the line just appeared out of the blue while I was there… but then stayed long.
Anyway, I went to the banker side to open a new checking and savings account. Melissa G. was new (her second week) but was competent, professional and gave me her undivided attention taking care of my business and subsequent transactions… thumbs up. Despite all the effort I had to take in finding the Chase Coupons… I was able to capture the $ 200 & $ 300 coupons with a little help from the employees, although I initially had to go back home to log into a pc to get codes and still have to move my direct deposit for the $ 300 in which I have 60 days to do. Why not Chase just offer the coupon locally since there is a substantially high deposit amount requirement at the time of opening a new account anyway???

While there, I observed some impatient and poor planning customers which is likely because of their last minute desperation (i.e. «I have to go to work») but with expected longer lines on the 3^rd, probably more employees could have been scheduled to keep their customers pleasant. Oddly, 2 of the 3 were managers. Maybe less managers at one time but instead have 2 or more regular tellers for one of those managers… on the 3^rd.
Bottom line: I’m happy immediately saw my money from the transactions online. Also, I probably would have liked a shorter, faster line if I needed the teller side.
Would recommend, would come back.

Came here on a Tuesday and there was a huge line. Didn’t really mind it, I wasn’t in a hurry anyways. I am a business owner and had a deposit of a large sum. Finally get to the front after about 20 minutes and this guy stands to the side for business transaction (what I was in line for anyways) and clerk tells him to step ahead of me and do his transaction… this Chase is horrible and so are all the young employees.

Worst service ever waited a whole hour to be called in and once called the guy who attended me was not even remotely interested in assisting me he right away said he couldn’t do anything with out even checking. I wasn’t even in his booth for 5 min. the only guy that has really helped me out when i go bank there is Juan Carlos, other than that that place is useless…
