Chase Bank

Banks are banks. This location is easy to get to and isn’t hard pressed to up sell their customers. I prefer this location compared to the others I’ve frequented. Thanks for keeping my money safe!
I love their drive thru ATMs! Makes accessing your money so much easier!

Very helpful, never too crowded. A very pleasant, local branch, with two drive-​thru ATM stalls. The bankers are always helpful, and the account specialists knowledgeable. I’ve banked with Chase for several years, and this branch has fulfilled my every need. I was even hooked up with a College checking account.

I like how there’s 2 drive-​up ATM’s here.
This bank never seems to be busy, which is good because I do hate waiting in long bank lines…
I use this bank again if I’m in the area. There’s plenty of parking and a lot of good food nearby.

The tellers are nice and the drive through ATM is never busy. The bank itself is great.
However, this is not a review of the bank, but rather the bank’s side parking lot.
I do all of my Craigslist transactions here, whether I am selling a car, a microwave, or whatever. The parking lot is a GREAT meet up locations for doing these types of deals for these reasons. 1) It is in a wide open area and no one will try to pull a fast one when everything is in plain sight. 2) There are cameras for the ATM, and the bank in general, so any suspicious activities (robbery/​mugging) will be caught on the camera (talk about free security!)
I love this parking lot. I really do.

So I’m visiting fam & friends here in SD and had to pull out some money. I hit the ATM and a message prompted me to go inside the bank to discuss my account. FYI, I hate these messages and I hate having to go inside dealing with rude, judgmental tellers & bankers. Fortunately, my experience was a pleasant one, which is how it always is with Chase. Amanda, who was the teller I worked with was very friendly and helpful. This is important, being that typically I would say that tellers are the ones who have first contact with customers so they, without a doubt, have to leave a good impression with us. Amanda kindly referred me to a banker, Mrs Perkins. Mrs Perkins did a wonderful job of pinpointing the cause behind all this. She gave quick service, was very informative and professional. I exited a very satisfied customer. This is why I bank with Chase and would be a fool not to rave about how awesome they are!!!
