Chaba Thai Bodywork

Me and my family have had 100+ massages from Sue over the past couple years, both at her office and at our home. Her touch is a perfect blend between gentle touch and deep tissue pressure. I have a lot of tension because of computer usage and biking, and she always seems to help me reach my peace.

I purchased a deal to try out a one hour therapeutic massage with aromatherapy and foot scrub at Chaba Thai in Rancho Bernardo and I was pleasantly surprised. It was an excellent massage: just the right pressure, relaxing, and my muscles felt better afterwards. Su checked in frequently to ask about the pressure and if there were certain areas that needed working on. At the end, she did some stretches to further loosen my back and legs. I appreciated that she wiped off all of the oil with a hot towel afterwards. I would return to Chaba Thai.

Went back for a 2^nd visit. Very nice, clean room. Definitely worked out some lingering kinks that I had developed. Feel great and full range of motion now.

I’m an endurance cyclist, so massage therapy is important to recovery for me… Suwanna is a top notch therapist who really listens to what you need, and has the expertise to help heal those sore spots and aid recovery. For me it’s all about hamstrings, calves and quads, and she uses some amazing stretching techniques in addition to massage to help flexibility a ton. Believe me, when you find someone who knows what they’re doing it makes a huge difference… it’s exactly what I need, especially after a tough effort!
If you’re an athlete, I highly recommend giving Caring Touch a try!

The Best Massage! Really.
I must say I do not write reviews often, but when I do it is because of the exceptional value of the service. In this case Caring Touch Massage Therapy (CTMT) rocks! I’ve been to many brand name massage services, but CTMT really raises the bar. Exceeds my expectations each visit. Here is why.
First, you need to know the therapist, Su, works out of salon in a back room. But don’t let that prevent you from seeing her. Heck you might want to get a mani pedi before or after. Anyway, the room is very nice and comfortable. Su’s technique is the best I’ve ever expereinced. She is versed in several modalities and even mixes them up to provide the ultimate massage. She uses a very warm oil which feels wonderful while she works out the kinks. She applies the pressure you prefer (I like medium) and is very intune with your body. I nearly fall asleep every time. She can also do Thai stretches which I do once in a while. She is very good and knowledgeable about that technique. I highly recommend you give it try. What is even better is Su is always learning new techniques and incorporating them into her repertoire. I like people who want to always improve. I highly recommend Caring Touch Massage Therapy. I have seen Mai for several Thai massages. I have had Thai massages at various places in San Diego county and also in Thailand, and Mai is my favorite masseuse. I like seeing the same person with each visit, as she has learned what techniques work best for me. She is very responsive to customizing the massage to my needs on any given day – sometimes with more stretching, sometimes with back walking. When I’m finished with the massage I feel both physically and spiritually renewed. My only small «complaint» is that she is not available on weekends.

I opted for the Thai massage and it was amazing. I work at a computer all day so i get tension in my back mostly. I have never been walked on before but it was great. The room is very clean and Mai was very about good about getting feedback on how the pressure feels. I have had Swedish and deep tissue massages at Kona Kai and this was much better. Relaxing and professional all the way.

The massage was very pleasant. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I reccommend it greatly and I will surely come back again and again.

Very relaxing massage in a friendly, warm environment. Much better than a Thai massage I got at a different place where I felt like I was being tortured. Will definitely visit Chaba Thai Bodywork again.
