I have to say right now I’m really loving
as well, both this and that site are great for a service animal letter for emotional support. Flying on planes and having them in my apartment, no deposit.

Certapet is Awesome! I looked online for for several Emotional Support Animal providers and I am glad I went with Certapet. The customer support was great. Julie did a wonderful job responding to my messages quickly.
I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. There may be some online services that are cheaper, but read the fine print. If you need an additional things such as getting a PDF of the letter they will charge you for it. Certapet has that included in their service.

I completed the assessment and paid for a travel ESA letter. I was getting antsy when 3 days passed and I hadn’t heard from the mental health professional by email yet. I emailed the customer service and they replied with the doctor’s name and that he had emailed me, and that perhaps the email was in my junk mailbox. Customer service was correct! Still, the fact that this email went to junkmail concerned me, but I guess my inbox would rather be safe than sorry! From the doctor’s email I was instructed to click a link for an additional survey for assessment. I was extremely detailed and honest in my answers. Within 24 hours of completing that survey, my letter was sent electronically on the doctor’s letterhead. I had a medical professional inspect the document (who told me I should have just asked him to write the letter for me — free of charge). He said it looks legitimate to him. The Certapet doctor is in San Diego, which makes me feel it looks suspect as I am from Louisiana, but his website says he offers teletherapy or something… I will be traveling in two weeks and I will update my review of Certapet and their services at that time.

Wow! So I myself have been dealing with severe anxiety and PTSD from a accident I was in when I was in the military. I have found confort in dogs yet moving into a new home which doesnt allow dogs was a down moment for me. I am preparing to move into a new place at the beginning of October and my 18 month old pug baby has to come with me of course. I already registered him as an emotional support animal through a website i found, but they did clearly state that in order for it to be backed it had to be supported by a document from a licensed physician if anyone ever wanted the documentation. They had an option where i could meet with skype with one of their doctors and take an exam and see if i qualified (which i already knew i did based on previous diagnosis), but there was no guarantee that after 200 bucks with them i would qualify for the letter.

Referred to CertaPet by a friend. CertaPet helped me receive a comprehensive assessment by a qualified mental health professional who was able to recommend a pet for emotional support. They were prompt, professional and discrete. I am hopeful the letter issued will allow me to take my very well behaved and loveable ESA along with me when I travel by air. I would gladly pay the airline an extra fee for letting me bring my pet in the cabin but unfortunately we have to jump through hoops to do so. Its embarrassing to show proof that you are traveling with an animal for emotional support especially when so many people seem to frown upon it. If airlines offered in cabin pet friendly flights (not just for tiny teacups that fit in a cramped carrier) then those who frown would not be bothered at all and those who want or need their pets would be accommodated. Problem solved.
