I hired David based upon a referral from a friend to take on a project for me in Ramona.
This was a pretty challenging job, it was a four unit apartment building that I utilized special financing from my bank to handle the repairs. This meant a large amount of documentation and paperwork to allow the bank to feel secure of the contractors qualifications. David handled this effortlessly, fast responses via email and professional communication with the bank.
On to the project, it was two units being completely stripped and redone, walls, bathrooms, kitchens you name it. They also went through the entire property and repaired and replaced damaged balconies and stairs. Everything was handled quickly and done well. The project went so smooth I went to Belize for two weeks right during it with no issues. Getting an iMessage photo from a hammock on the beach of repairs and updates for the day was about as good as it gets.
I always like dealing with tech savvy vendors who are fast to respond and act professional. Due to David’s background he was just the right guy for me. Fast response via email, text or phone. Professional and friendly crew and a great finished product.
I would HIGHLY recommend this contractor to anyone. Absolutely hassle free and great finished product within budget and on schedule.
