Morris and his people at Carpet and Flooring Depot are the best! We had them install over 2000 square feet of beautiful grey carpet into our design studio on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. The installation was done quickly, professionally and best of all, the price was VERY fair.
I would HIGHLY recommend his products and services to anyone looking to purchase area rugs (he has a beautiful selection), carpet, and all other types of flooring. They have a beautiful showroom on Miramar Rd. His prices are the best in town, he acts with integrity, and his installers were wonderful to work with on our time schedule and they did the job right the first time!

We needed laminate flooring for our rental and were very pleased with the recommendations made by Morris. We were very particular in what we were looking for and wanted the highest quality flooring available. The price was very competitive to HomeDepot, and in the end we were extremely happy with the customer service we received compared to the service by HomeDepot. They worked around our schedule and completed the job very quickly.
The person who came out to measure the condo was very professional and meticulous. Removal of our carpet and the installation went very smoothly and quickly. There were a few places that we felt didn’t lay right, and they came back out the very next day to correct it. Morris even personally came himself to make sure it was done right. We are very impressed with the quality of work as well as with the quality of the flooring.
We are very happy with the product and service and are going to have them do our outside patio next!

Was very disappointed. We ordered and paid for carpet. We ended up with not enough carpet for an entire room. Even the installer said this sadly happens with them often. We ordered the nicer carpet padding and they sent out the cheaper one that allows leaks to go through. We called them and they never called us back. My husband had to keep calling and still nothing was offered to help us or refund for any inconvience. We ended up going to another carpet company got the same exact carpet piece for much less and paid the same installer an extra 120 to install the one room of carpet this afternoon. We just got out of the army and moved to Ramona and all of our household items are coming from storage on Monday so it was important for us to get the new carpet in today. This was such an unpleasant experience for us and we could not do anything because we paid over 2000 for the carpet upfront. I will not refer them to any of my military friends, families or fellow employees.

We needed tile flooring in the kitchen and wooden flooring in the rest of the living area downstairs. After trying to contact numerous flooring specialists on Angie’s List and leaving lots of messages, I was very frustrated that we received no replies.
I eventually called Carpet and Flooring Depot and received a prompt response which was very impressive. I spoke with the owner, Morris who agreed to come as soon as was convenient to measure the area,
when he arrived he was extremely polite and professional and gave us some very good recommendations, he also had samples from which we could choose. A day later he called to inform us that the original wood sample we had chosen was not available immediately and that he could supply a similar choice which was in fact a higher grade and more expensive We had reservations that the cost would be higher as we were on a strict budget, however, he put our minds at rest stating that he would honor the original quote and that there would be no extra charge for the higher grade.
When his team arrived they removed the old flooring very proficiently and kept the dust etc. to a minimum, they cleaned thoroughly that day and said they would complete the job in the next couple of days. They workers were extremely professional and very hard working, they did the tiling around our brand new kitchen and did not cause any damage at all. The wooden flooring was exceptional, the grade was far superior to the original we had chose and the flooring was expertly prepared and cushioned before the flooring was laid.
Morris also supplied a wide skirting board to both the kitchen and the living areas at no extra cost, he said the finished look would be so much better, this was a real added bonus to the overall effect.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished result, and we could not praise Morris and his extremely professional and hard working team higher, we have not hesitated to recommend him to our friends and we will definitely be using them when we have the upstairs flooring replaced.

We were looking for a flooring store to do our flooring project, and finally we met with the representative of carpet and flooring depot. they quoted us the best prices for our tile, counter top and kitchen cabinets. They did a fantastic job, and we are all extremely happy with the way our project was handled .we recommend them to everybody .P. pashee Lamesa.

Waited five minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence… the store had no other customers… when I finally walked to the back and found 2 men sitting and chatting. «Did you need help?» (No, just thought I’d loiter in your store for a while.)
I told him specifically what I was looking for. He followed me to the front and just stood there while I looked at tile, no idea what I was supposed to be looking at even though I clearly told him what I needed. After a few more very awkward minutes, he said, «No, I don’t have that, try Home Depot.»
So…I went straight to Pro Source Wholesale right down the street, and gave them my business!
