Carmel Mt. Ranch/Saber Springs Recreation Center

I come here weekly to workout with my personal trainer. Even though it’s just off the freeway, this park/​rec facility feels so secluded and safe. The entire space is surrounded by big beautiful trees. The large grassy area houses two full sized baseball diamonds, and there will often be groups playing softball in the mornings. Run down bathrooms separate the fields from the playground area. The jungle gym has some unique elements to it, and I’m sure parents appreciate that the playground area is totally fenced in. I’ve never been inside, but there always a bunch of people coming and going from the indoor gymnasium playing basketball, and there are also two fully-​enclosed outdoor courts (perfect for my workouts).
