As a current employee and account executive at Caltek staffing, I can say Caltek is an excellent place to work, and is also a great resources for business’s to receive qualified candidates for open positions in a timely manner.
We have access to countless resources, coupled with an exclusive database that allows us to identify, pre-​screen, and provide clients with multiple qualified candidates for any opening.
The work environment is casual and the people and management are great.
This is a sales position which does require hard work, however the compensation/​commission structure rewards success from day 1.

CalTek Staffing is great place for young professionals who want to get sales experience within a fun yet competitive work environment. They have a enticing commission/​pay scale and really pride themselves on being accurate, dependable and personable with all of their clients. They have friendly in-​office competitions and keep things exciting by doing after work happy hours and rewards for top earners, such as gift cards and other desired prizes. The company is very knowledgeable and works hard to produce top-​notch service to their clients!

My interview for the Account Executive position was scheduled for 10:00. I walk into a small open office with an assortment of «cubicles» set up mimicking a call center. The entrance was cluttered, with a reception area (I’m assuming that’s what the mess was) and what looked like a 6th grade project in the middle of the limited space/​sales floor. One of the Account Executives emerged from one of the cubicles and nervously extended his hand. I immediately noticed that the office consisted of all men, not ONE woman. The interview was unorganized, unprofessional. One of the recruiters «repped his high school» during the interview. Unbelievable!
Additionally, the pay is deplorable– $ 14.43/hour, Sales Account Exec $ 12.00/hour
The position entails: (1.) Business Development, (2) Account Calls, (3) Networking, (4) Job Orders, (5) Recruiting Candidates, (6) Sourcing, (7) Reference Checking, (8) Contract and Agreements.
Furthermore, I have never met Introverted recruiters until interviewing with this company/​hole in the wall… What a joke, waste of my time, waste of gas and a sincere insult to my career, time and effort.
