AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Everything was hunky dory on the phone until the «technician» showed up and pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH. The agreed upon $ 50 dollar coupon price was immediately discarded and everything (including moving furniture, which according to the phone call was included) was going to be an extra charge. Completely misleading and after hearing the manager on the phone insult me, I knew it was all over. They used my power, hot water, and then had the gall to dispose of the dirty water in my toilet. The only saving grace was that the detergent used was non-toxic as advertised. I wish I would have checked here first.

Such a SCam! Avoid at all costs! When I called to get a quote it was $ 50.
When they showed up in a broken down van they suddenly needed to run other «tests» on some stains and instead it was $ 245. The «supervisor» gave me the creeps and was sooo rude. I told him to get out of my house. And after a while of back and forth BS, I agreed to pay $ 100.

Beware I had two men come for the three area special to clean my carpet they did ½ of my room ya half and they were so rude, one did not speak english, overcharged me and IT WAS THE WOrst experince they did not even have a truck rather an eclipse car with a little old vacuum cleaner and didnt seem safe, I had the worst day thanks to them owful job the carpet smells this company is a scam
