One of the best in San Diego for children. We’ve seen other pediatric eye specialists and this office is great.
They are almost exactly on time. They don’t over schedule. Their office is clean and organized. All the times we have been there, it’s never been so crowded that I can’t find a seat. (all this cannot be said of the others I’ve been to)
Parking is FREE and it’s easy to get to their office.
Dr Brown is polite and direct. He clearly explains pros and cons of all the options. He also is respectful to the children and answers their questions directly. He also doesn’t view surgery as one of the first options for treatment either.

Took my kindergartener there after his teacher expressed some concerns that he should have is eye’s checked. Dr. Brown and his staff did an excellent job. Their waiting room is well setup for small children. Neither Dr. Brown nor his staff had any concerns with having my 2 year old in the room with us during the exam. Turned out my son did not need glasses.
