Outstanding service and high quality work at a great price. We brought in our MDX with some scratches, and Mark used several compounds to rub them out and sent us on our way — no charge. So we decided to bring in our TL which had a dent and deeper scratches, and Mark fixed it on time and on budget. It looks like new, a perfect match. Given the chance to repair yet another dent (a very small one), he instead referred us to a cheaper mobile dent repair guy. It is rare to meet someone so honest, so skilled, and so willing to put the customer first in this business.

Mark is the best! This place has been my lifesaver since 2010. I got in a terrible accident and my car was almost totaled! He made everything a breeze with the insurance companies and rentals. He makes everything stress free. My Audi cabriolet looked brand new again and I am forever grateful. Since then he has repaired dings on my BMW and now my Mercedes. He has given me advice on what cars are good to buy and which are lemons. And also directs me on other honest individuals to go to for maintenance he doesn’t offer. I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews on how honest of a man he is! He listens, is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgable. I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else!

My family and I have been taking my cars to mark for over 15 years. He does quality work and gets tht car done on time and at the estimated cost. As a former owner of an auto repair shop mark does something that I really appreciate that most Big chain places do not do. If you car is driveable, he orders the parts and then tells you to come in for the reapir. i can tell you from personal expereince, most big chain places do not do this.
You drop you car off, it sits and waits a week or two for parts, then it sits until they can get to it.
If your inurance company is paying for a rental car that is OK, but if not, you are stuck with a bill.
I have reffered many people to mark over the years, and everyone raves about the guy!
If you like old fashioned customer service, the owner speaking to you directly and good quality work at fair prices, this is the best place I know to take your car.

Brought my Jeep here to get an estimate; he basically did a 5 min quick fix (free!) and referred me to a paint-​less dent repair business. Talk about honest and trustworthy — he isn’t looking to rob you of a few bucks. Totally worth a visit to get an honest opinion!

Went there on a referral. A piece of my bumper was popping off and the owner Mark took the time to take it apart. Basically a simple fix, he didn’t charge me a dime, which shows his honesty. Very knowledgeable guy, would definitely go back there for future work.

This guy delivers incredibly high quality and is incredibly honest. And his pricing is to die for!

My car, Bunnster, has been out of commision for some time in order for me to find a good repair shop. I have an unusual (as in very, very deep) attachment to my vehicle (it’s my first car!!!). Bunnster has been super, über reliable and I promised her that I would keep her until she is going to be big car heaven in the sky. I plan on making good on that promise. I’m also sadly depleted on funds. I finally received a recommendation for Mark over at Bodykraft from one of my sources.
When I called the shop, Mark was very courteous, listened to my situation closely without trying to rush me in any way or talk over me. He didn’t laugh about the budget I had for this vehicle’s repair at all and dismiss me on the spot. After listening, he actually kindly went out of his way and referred me to a smaller operation with a former employee that now has a small operation of his own because they might be more suited to my budget.
I see why he consistently gets awesome reviews because this is a guy that clearly cares about his customers’ needs first and helping out the customer, even if it means losing business. I’m really impressed by the level of helpfulness and integrity that Mark has shown. Other body shops have pretty much laughed me off and told me in kind words to get lost as soon as they heard about the age of my car and my budget range. They’d just shove an estimate in my hand and wouldn’t really try and work with me on finding used body parts to bring down costs, for example. They sure as hell didn’t give me a referral to anyone else. Mark listened, gave me a referral, and the new guy is also incredibly awesome. I’m so happy that my car might actually be on the road sooner than I thought!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mark at all after this experience. Thank you so much!!!

Mark and his son are hands down the most helpful people in the auto field that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend you taking your vehicle to them for any body repairs that you may need!

Knowledgeable, professional, on time and very reasonable rates. All that and Mark, the owner. One of the nicest guys around. This is the best body shop in San Diego.

Just had the unfortunate experience of being crashed into (by a tow truck driver of all things). Anyway, I took it straight to Mark and he got me restored back into a new looking preowned Volvo in no time. He will work to give you the lowest price– used parts– where possible, without sacrificing making it look just like new. He is super reasonable and honest.

Quality Service and Exceptional Performance: Vehicles have always been ready when promised. Staff has stayed late and waited for me when traffic was bad.

I can’t rave enough how wonderful and what a God send this place is. You won’t be able to beat the prices or the love and care your car gets. The quality is oustanding! The owner is the greatest thing since sliced bread!
