My main focus is on Helping Sellers maximize on the sales price of there home through aggressive marketing techniques designed to create multiple offers. I also have been very successful with helping homeowners avoid foreclosure by doing a short sale.

On the buyer side, we help all types of buyers from condos to multimillion dollar homes. If your looking for an agent that will give you the best opportunity to get your offer accepted, we should talk. My offers get accepted at a much higher rate than the normal agent because of the work we put into writing clean offers and we build good relationships with the listing agent.

I’ve been married since 2002 to my lovely wife, Sheryl. We have 2 terrific kids, and a Jack Russell terrier named Penny Lane.

If I could give more than five stars to Bobby Martins I would. There is absolutely no way we would be in our dream home right now without his expertise, perseverance and incredibly impressive negotiating skills. We ran into several snags with our loan throughout the buying process which probably would’ve made most sellers and their agents decide to drop our offer and move on the next one. And although we underwent many stressful and nerve-​wracking days not knowing what the sellers would decide to do or whether or not we’d even get the house, Bobby remained completely calm and optimistic throughout the entire process. At no time did we waiver in our decision to have Bobby represent us. He is so well-​versed and confident in his profession that he never once gave us reason to question his ability or whether he had our best interest in mind. The Martins Team consistently delivers outstanding customer service. As a former loan officer I have worked with 100’s of San Diego Realtor’s, and when it was time to sell my investment property, I reached out to Bobby and the Martins Team!
Though I don’t consider myself a Slumlord, my property on Florida St & University Ave was pretty run down. The property was also a duplex, Two (2) one bedroom 1 bath units and neither had parking, both run down.
Properties like this are often not very marketable or desirable, needless to say, I handed Bobby a real Lemmon!
Finding a buyer understandably took a while, and I offered to let Bobby off the hook several times as I felt bad that my property was costing him so much time and effort, with little hope of a buyer, but Bobby insisted he could get it sold…
A few escrows fell out and buyers reneged… but Bobby persevered…
Bobby suggested lowering the sales price significantly, something that really scared me, but I had trust in Bobby’s plan. Shortly there after I got the great news… We had an offer, and the offer greatly exceeded the sales price we would have accepted…
Bobby had advised us to turn down several low offers, when he could have said this is as good as it will get, and we would have just sold it…
The buyers agent and new buyer both presented difficulties in getting the transaction closed and Bobby guided the process with laser precision…

Bobby was a superstar in the selling of my home last May. From start to finish, his positive energy, professionalism, good humor and enthusiasm set the tone. Within days of putting the house on the market multiple offers came in and Bobby negotiated and followed through every step of the way. When needed, Bobby helped to clear obstacles by finding me a contractor when I needed one, and by stepping up and working with the buyer’s agent to create a deal that made both the buyers and I happy.
