I was hired in New Year’s as a makeup artist for a wedding and I never seen a wedding planner that professional like PAIGE, I was impressed with her, I saw how she takes care of every detail, well organized, easy to communicate and my client (bride) she was very pleased with her work! She goes over and beyond to make the wedding process easier!!! I definitely recommend her services!!! ;)

I was referred specifically to Korie Norton for wedding coordinator with Bliss Events. And all I can say I wow! She is amazing!!! She handled things professionally, made herself available to me always, and had things done in timely manner. She recommended many of what I came to call my «dream team» of vendors, as well as having suggestions and solutions for even the tiniest detail. Korie made my wedding day beautiful and stress-​free. I cannot thank her enough for her dedicated work.

Paige did an amazing job. Exactly what I needed in a wedding planner. I was not sure what I wanted at first but she helped me design something incredible. Her personality was fun and easy going. My husband thought she was a huge help as well and made the entire process more manageable! Her fanny-​pack of must haves and day of emergencies was clutch!

The minute we met with Rachel from Bliss Events, we knew she was the person we wanted to have as our wedding planner. We just loved her energy and great personality. I found Bliss Events on Unilocal and now here I am writing my own review! I had the pleasure of working with Paige for the last year and I cant imagine having planned my wedding without her. I was totally impressed with how much time she spent with me during our initial consultation meeting and from that moment I knew I had to hire her.
She provided tons of vendor recommendations, helped with budgeting, helped me stay on top of my to-do’s and was amazing on the wedding day. I enjoyed the wedding day so much knowing she was in charge and managing every detail. Not to mention she is energetic, positive, and just a fun person to be around. I am so thankful for her help and I would highly recommend her!

I decided late in the game to hire a wedding planner for our July 2015 wedding. I’d met Korie of Bliss Events by chance during a tasting event and decided many weeks later to hire her. I didn’t interview anyone else. I had a good vibe about her and hired her. Let me tell you… I couldn’t have done it without her. She is an amazing woman. I am not creative, not a party planner type at all. I needed to hand someone the creative details and let them get it done. She was exactly that. She has the energy of 10 people. She is extremely good at communicating. We talked generally about how I wanted the room and tables to be set up, how the event should unfold and how the caterers should be handled (I chose to manage all the hiring/​negotiations of the caterers but she managed them on the «day of»). I never even did a rehearsal. I left it in her hands and it went off perfectly! Along the way, because I chose to handle all the catering hiring/​negotiations, she gave me great referrals. Venue, food, photography and drinks were all her referrals and all were outstanding. Besides being a great wedding planner, she is just a downright nice woman. It was a pleasure working with her and having her be a part of such a special moment in our lives.

I was a vendor (photographer) at a wedding this past weekend with Paige from Bliss Events. I have to write this as I was blown away at her professionalism. It was so refreshing to have everything run so smooth, she made sure everyone was informed about everything, she made sure the timeline went smooth (which it did) from a vendor standpoint, she made the day very enjoyable and easy and I defiantly recommend her to make your wedding day a success. I know the clients and all the guest were just as impressed … PAIGE rocked …

Our wedding was 5÷23÷2015 and we were lucky enough to work with Rachel. We initially worked with Paige, who is an amazing amazing wedding coordinator, but she was due with her second baby around the time of our wedding. Paige could not say enough about how amazing Rachel would be. We trusted Paige and were not disappointed.
Rachel is an amazing wedding coordinator. She is extremely organized and really helped us stay on track with our wedding planning. Our wedding day was perfect. Everything went according to plan and if there was any slight hiccups, Rachel took care of it immediately. Our wedding day was essentially as stress-​free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and Bliss events for any event or occasion. She is the best!

I thank my lucky stars that I was able to land such a great wedding coordinator at Bliss Events. It was a requirement at Paradise Point (where i was married) to have a wedding planner for the big day, and i thank my lucky stars that that was the case! We right away researched the proposed wedding planners that the venue gave me and I called Bliss Events right away. When Kori called me back, she talked to me for almost an hour about the so many things: how i met my fiancé (now husband), what I wanted at the wedding, etc… I was definitely drawn to Kori’s great sense of humor and her drive to be there for the bride and make it an enjoyable day. And I am so glad we went with her… Kori was absolutely fantastic and she always was right there helping me through this process. Even though we were getting married in San Diego, we lived in Irvine and it was very difficult to know of what vendors were best since we were not from the San Diego area. It was also difficult to get down to San Diego, as i have a very busy work schedule. But Kori was very understanding and she helped me by sending me vendor referrals and walking us through contacting them and going over the contract to get the best deal possible. I was floored by how many things are involved in making a wedding happen and I didn’t know any of them! But Kori handled everything and was so organized and so knowledgeable… she made things happen!
She was always there if i needed to contact her (either by text or email) and she definitely helped me when i would freak out about things! She also was there to just talk if I was super stressed and needed to vent and be reassured. She was that calming person that you need at that time and she took everything in stride. To Kori, the most important thing is the bride and groom, and making sure that she is there for them when times get stressful. She would always tell me that the wedding is very hectic, and NOTHING goes as planned, and there are always things that may happen. But her goal is to never let the bride and groom know if anything is not going as smoothly as anticipated. Her main goal is to handle things so that the bride and groom can enjoy the day. And i must say that that was true with our wedding. My husband, Mike, and I enjoyed the wedding day and we were blissfully unaware of any problems that popped up because Kori was on top of everything and made sure things were handled so that we didn’t get involved. At times (before the wedding) she could tell that i was getting flustered with certain things and she would just step in and say «don’t worry i will handle it». I was also so impressed when i had my first wedding tasting and we had a disappointing chicken dish, and i was freaking out a bit about what we were going to do. But Kori got right on it and made a second wedding tasting possible (of just the chicken) and she attended that one as well so there would be no discrepancies with the staff and I would get the dish that i wanted. I was also so thankful that she took over the rehearsal and informed everyone at the rehearsal (family and bridal party) that i would not be available the wedding day and to call her instead. I was already getting flustered and stressed by the countless phone calls and texts from everyone and It was definitely getting to me. And she saw that and just told everyone my phone would be off and to call her instead… and they didn’t call me! I had a blissfully quiet day getting ready for the wedding with my bridal party and just concentrating on getting beautified… it was fantastic! And all because of Kori.
Not only did she help me plan and execute an amazing wedding (without me becoming the dreaded Bridezilla!) I know that i have a friend for life that I truly care for and that i will definitely keep in contact with over the years. I know that I will always be able to send her pics or cards about the family that i will have in the future and that she will do the same. She truly cares about each and every one of her brides (and yes grooms too!) and she wants the best for all of them. Book with Kori and Bliss Events and you will not be disappointed!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I were married last October at Scripps Seaside Forum, and it was 100%, hands-​down, the best day of our lives — I wish I could re-​live it over and over! This dream day would not have been possible — and I am so serious — without Staci from Bliss Events. We cannot thank Staci enough for everything that she did to make our wedding day more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Both my husband and I have crazy work schedules, not to mention families that live across the country, so it was truly such a blessing to have Staci take us under her wing and coordinate our wedding day. Staci was super organized, suggested the most AMAZING vendors (literally I am obsessed with every vendor we picked), gave great ideas, and helped so much with the planning — especially with all the little details days before the wedding (which was so appreciated!). Our wedding day went exactly as planned — it could not have been more perfect (we even received thank you notes from guests afterward!!). It was so amazing to just fully enjoy our day and not worry about the schedule or who should be where and when… my husband and I were able to just be in the moment of the wedding with our friends and family, which was the best present anyone could give us. Honestly, Staci was the best decision we made for our wedding, and even better, I truly felt like we became friends through this whole process — love you Staci! THANK YOU!

For our wedding on 1÷24÷15, we had the pleasure of having Rachel as our wedding planner. We first met her in March and she has been amazing to work with from the beginning. We hired her for «day of» but you definately get more than just that with her.
Since we had just move to San Diego, having her supply us with vendor referrals was so helpful. In addition, every referral she supplied us with was top-​notch. I emailed her a few times throughout the 10 months of wedding planner and she was very responsive and helpful.
6 weeks out from the wedding, we had our final detail meeting and while this is usually the most stressful part of wedding planning process, she made it the easiest for us. She dealt with every vendor and answered any of the small details (via email or phone) we needed answered. In addition, we used a military venue with some tricky rules and she was able to navigate this for us and make it a very streamlined process.
Just from the rehearsal alone, we received SO many compliments on Rachel and how easy she was to work with. She printed off a schedule for everyone in the wedding party and even printed off directions for our rehearsal dinner!
The day of, she was on top of it. I had multiple people from out of town wishing they had a Rachel in their city to help plan their weddings. We were able to enjoy our wedding (and our mothers) and not have to worry about anything the day (or month) of. All in all, Rachel and Bliss Events were a pleasure to work, and would recommend them to anyone getting married or planning an event!

I was just married at the museum of art in balboa park nov 16^th 2014! Korie was my wedding planner and she was fantastic!!! I didn’t have to worry about a Thing! Everything was beyond perfect! My husband was so impressed. We had to plan the wedding from San Francisco and Korie made it easy! It gave my mom peace of mind that the wedding would be organized and precious! Korie has a wealth of knowledge and organization skills out of this world. She helped me with everything! From last minute dress alterations to insurance and caterer budget adjustments! My wedding was so beautiful! I still can’t believe I was the bride!

Without a doubt Paige Jensen is the consummate wedding professional. She is friendly, approachable, highly energetic and very easy going. Her professional demeanor as well as her communication and organizational skills are top notch. As an industry vendor I rely on the wedding coordinator to communicate with the bride when I can’t so Paige’s ability to stay in touch with all of her vendors is critical and much appreciated. Rachel at Bliss Events was the best vendor for my entire wedding planning experience. Because of her, my mother and I, were able to be guests at our own event. We were able to show up and enjoy every single second, and that is due to the amazing organization and professionalism of Rachel and Bliss Events.
Initially, I was not intending to hire a coordinator, between my mother and I we’ve done enough events and are both Type A people that we thought we could pull it off. However, when my venue expressed that I need to hire, at the very least, a day of coordinator I was at a loss. This was not an expense that I had budgeted for and didn’t know where to begin. I was planning a mini destination wedding (I live in Orange County & wedding was in San Diego), I didn’t know where to start and who to ask for guidance, my venue — Estancia Hotel & Spa — suggested I contact Rachel at Bliss events, and I’m SO GLAD that they did.
After my first meeting with her, it was a love at first sight (well virtual sight). Every single concern I initially had, she was able to extinguish it with only a couple suggestions. We decided to hire Bliss Events with their Month of Package — ultimately once it was 4 weeks before the wedding Rachel would take control.
Before I hit the 4 weeks prior mark, as in any wedding planning, there was dilemma/​drama, décor questions, vendor questions, planning questions — all fairly simple and quick — however truly needed a professional’s opinion. Rachel was open and willing to assist! Throughout my 13 month engagement, Rachel became much more than just my «month of» coordinator, she became my confidant, supporter, and friend. I knew wedding planning would be hard with so many cooks in my kitchen (including a Groom-​zilla), but I didn’t know how hard. Without Rachel, I would have jumped off a cliff!
Once the 4 week make came, Rachel took everything away from me. She collected my vendor’s information, my bridal party’s information, and any other tidbit of information she would me to make me not needed on the day. Rachel then put together an entire itinerary including the smallest of details from when each vendor arrived to when we cut the cake. She confirmed with each vendor their arrival time & place, then made sure they had her information for any questions to make sure that I had ZERO stress on the day of.
When it was WEDDING WEEKEND time, the only two things I was responsible for was 1. Getting myself there and 2. Bringing my wedding dress.
On the BIG DAY, Rachel was there bright and early managing every tiny little detail. Looking back, all I did was arrive, smile, and go where Rachel told me to go. Everything went PERFECTLY!!!
At one point at our reception, I noticed a couple that I had not seen or met before (even with a 260 person wedding, I’m pretty proud that I could at least recognized everyone). Rachel was on it and threw out our party crashers in a swift, strict, and professional manner.
I cannot express enough how amazing Rachel and her team are! In my first meeting with Rachel, I told her I just wanted to show up and be told what to do on my big day, and that’s exactly what she did for me AND my mother!
Rachel and Bliss events are the best choice you can absolutely go with, she is patient, extremely organized, and amazing in every way. You will agree with me, that she will be your BEST VENDOR out of your entire wedding & well worth the investment.

Paige is one of the best coordinators in San Diego! I always look forward to working with her and Bliss Events, as a fellow wedding professional. The attention to detail and coordination skills are far superior to many others I have worked with. My wife and I got married over a month ago and it seems insane that all of that came together at the last day with all the details that were being juggled for our 200 person wedding. To me, as a groom, that is a testament to Paige @ Bliss’s expert skills as a wedding planner.
To rewind a bit, I never thought I was going to need a wedding planner. What would they do? This was even more cost on top of an already expensive event — I just didn’t get it. I called Paige with my then fiancée and had her explain to me why it would be valuable to have her. She was clear and concise, fair with her responses and more than ready to take on the challenge of planning an ethnic wedding (Indian + American) in San Diego while we were living in San Francisco.
I can’t do justice to the amount of work she put in on this event and how many things she organized but what I will say is that Paige excelled in these things:
* She was always 100% responsive on e-​mail and phone.
* If we had a complaint with a vendor, she was ready to go to bat for us and really try to make it work.
* Her checklists were very helpful — we had tasks months in advance that just needed to be sorted and she knew where those things fit in the timeline and why they mattered.
* Most importantly, when things went wrong or changed at the last second, she was calm, collected and never missed a beat on execution.
The wedding itself went off without a hitch and our guests said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. There were some minor annoyances like a broken iPad, and some vendor payments that never made it to them — but guess what? Paige handled these with grace and poise, paying for our broken iPad and offering to reimburse us for missed payments.
For those of you looking to help plan a wedding, DIY or otherwise, Paige (& Bliss) should be your go to. Every vendor we worked with has nothing but good things to say about them and are always happy to help when doing events with their team.
