Just had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I came here because of all the Unilocal reviews I read. My eyebrows look amazing! She was fast and efficient. So happy I did it. Thanks again for fixing my brows.

I never threaded my eyebrows before, but my friends convinced me to try it. Found this place on Unilocal and also discovered that there was a Groupon for it (half off eyebrow threading! Limited time only!) so I decided to give it a try. The area that it’s in isn’t the best and finding the salon itself was a little tricky, but there is a private lot in the back of the building.
I had a horrible experience with eyebrow waxing last year and no matter how much I try to grow out my brows, it never seemed to go back to how it was before. I had thick, long eyebrows, but after that experience it was sparse, had some bald spots, and was so much shorter. Eventually I found another eyebrow wax place that I trusted, but it was so far from my house. This place is about a 5 minute drive and wow did she recover my eyebrows.
I called to make an appointment, and the lady (I didn’t get her name, but from other reviews, I’m assuming it’s Añu) was very accommodating with the time. When I arrived I was greeted immediately. The salon is extremely clean and simple despite the location outside. I told her about my eyebrow experience and how I was still growing them out. She completely heard and understood what I wanted. She did one brow and showed me how it looked afterwards to see if I liked it. Then proceeded to do the other brow. & I was SO happy with how it turned out. She really understands brows and I’ll be coming back whenever I need to get them done! Oh and the price point is amazing. For the service and quality of work you yet, you really can’t beat anything beyond this.
Come to her if you want your brows fleeky!

I’ve always liked to try different places to do my eyebrows but never really satisfied with the results. My sister recommended this place and so glad she did! It was entirely painless and she takes her time to make you eyebrows look amazing!!! Great customer service and not to mention the place is super cute! Definitely found a spot where I can trust someone to do my eyebrows and totally inexpensive (:

I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded & stumbled upon Blinks. Añu did an amazing job! She easily cleaned up my brows and they look fuller than before. She also noticed that they were a little uneven so she left one with some hair to grow out evenly. Thank you Añu! You did an amazing job and you have such a sweet personality! I will be back :)

Let me start by saying I do NOT trust people with my eyebrows. Lol! They make or break your face. Anyways coming from Atl I had a bomb threader (which I prefer over waxing) since moving back to Daygo I haven’t found anyone who could compare. I, like a lot women in Daygo, probably went to Crystal nails on university for years and years and let Vicki wax your brows. I just haven’t been 100% satisfied for a while, it was time for a change. I stumbled upon this place just by the great reviews I seen on Unilocal.
I am known for doing my research, and Añu had nothing but positive reviews. I decided to let my brows grow out for about 2 mos. (Wheww I know, it was extremely hard) but I did it. I walked in the place and I was really impressed, it was clean and open and the décor was so cute.
The 1^st thing I said when I walked in was «I dont trust people with my eyebrows, but I am trusting you“lol She was very friendly and said «No problem, I understand». I had my baby shower to go to the next day so they had to be perfect! Long, story short Añu did them perfect! It reminded me of my threader in Atl. I will be going back and I will recommend her to any and everyone! If she ever moves, I will go where she goes, lol that’s how important my brows are to me!

Went with my sister and my boyfriend to get there eyebrows threaded here and Añu did an amazing job on there brows. I wanted to get mines threaded too, but my eyebrows were thin and sparsed, Añu told me to let them grow out and gave me advice on how to grow them in faster, did it, went back to see her, 2weeks later and she worked her magic. Im definitely going back to again. Thanks Añu!

So glad that I finally found a excellent threader in San Diego. Añu is such a doll! She takes her time and values her customers to the upmost extent. I drive all the way from Chula Vista to get services done.

After having a horrific experience at a waxing salon where I was left with uneven eyebrows, I gave up on having other people do my eyebrows until now. I found this place on Unilocal and it deserves the full 5 stars.
Like I mentioned above, I had uneven eyebrows but Añu took care of that and evened them out. She was incredibly nice and outgoing. I love how she took her time making sure I walked out satisfied.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a couple weeks now because of all the reviews and pictures and I’m happy to share that everyone was right (: Añu is amazing, she’s very friendly and kind. She takes her time and asks you what you want instead of just going for it like other places and she did exactly what I wanted and I love my eyebrows now. The price was great too! $ 14 for both me and my boyfriend, he loved his eyebrows too. Another thing, Añu has the most gentle touch ever! Both me and my boyfriend couldn’t get over how gentle the threading was. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Found this place browsing through Unilocal and i have to say it is Amazing and super inexpensive! Great service fast and friendly as well. Añu did a great job. She made sure that it was what I wanted and liked.
Definitely will be a returning customer!

Heard about this place from my mom, stopped by today and left feeling great! I have thick eyebrows and usually just want a clean up, Añu cleaned them up nicely and they look better than any other threading I’ve had done. I recommend this place, clean, fast and excellent results.

Aaaaaaaahhhh-​maaazing! Añu is perfect! Her customer service is excellent & her work & skill are beyond superb! Not to mention shes super cute! So that’s a dead give away that she knows what shes doing. Im Asian with very thin brows so if not taken care of properly Ill be left with a bald forehead. But with Añu, she gave me beautiful looking shaped brows. Exactly what I wanted. Añu takes her time and puts genuine effort to provide the best look for you. I LOVE my brows because of Añu. Definitely coming back every time. & you cant beat her rates! Only $ 8! Her work is definitely deserves more than an $ 8 credit, so its a win win situation all the way around with Añu! I love you Añu! :)

Randomly found this place on Unilocal and after looking at the photos, I wanted to give this place a try! I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded before so this was something new for both my friend and I.
This place is sorta located in «the hood» but it was so worth it! We found street parking but I found out there was parking in the back.
My friend and I got our eyebrows threaded and we LOVED it! My friend has thick, bushy eyebrows and she loved the way her shape turned out. I, on the other hand, have really light and thin eyebrows. A lot of places we go to usually just wax our eyebrows to the shape we currently have, but Añu was really good!
I told her that one of my eyebrow, specifically my right one, is slightly higher than my right and I wanted them to be «on the same level.» I also asked for a slight arch and she worked on left one first and showed me how it looked like. I liked the way it turned out and she proceeded to make my right one look almost the same!
The threading didn’t really hurt, it tickled most of the time, lol. It only hurt a tad bit towards the end of the brow but that was it. My shape looks so defined now! I don’t know how she did it but my eyebrows came out a bit darker than before which is AWESOME since my eyebrows are super light!
All in all! We loved this place! Really great results and only $ 8! Plus you get a stamp card where you get a free eyebrow threading after 10 times! Will definitely be coming back!

I have been Anus client for over 4 years in Long Beach! So I wanted to come & show her some love for SD!!! Congrats on your new place in SD!!! I still go to her moms spot in Long Beach who is always amazing at what she does. Añu was the first to give me my first eye lash extensions. So if your in the area go you will love her work!

Great place. Needed eyelash extensions for Holiday party and was very glad to find this place. Got the bundled eyelash extensions with threading for my eyebrows-​which i never did before. My eyebrows look so refined without the little hairs. Extensions looks great too. Añu, the owner, was honest and helpful. She added extra pieces at the corners at my request. The place was clean and comfortable. The price was great! Will be going there for regular threading and on special occasions, extensions.

Comparing to other threading places I have to say Añu is really good and have very delicate hands because didn’t hurt me as much as other places I have been before. Personally, she is a total sweetheart, super nice. Prices are great too.

I am VERY impressed with the service I recieved at Blinks. I have had my brows threaded and waxed at a zillion shops all over San Diego and have never had a better experience than this. Totally painless, very knowledgeable and a great looking shape

Absolutely loved the way she did my eyebrows. I have bushy eyebrows. Still, I like mine to be thick and natural with a slight arch. She listened and gave me the shape, exactly how i wanted. The price is incredible only $ 8. Eyebrows+lip only $ 14. That is less than what i usually pay at other place in the mall. Great service at affordable prices. You can’t beat that!

I just love my eyebrows. Añu is the best.
Will be back again in 2 weeks. I will bring my wife as well. She’s gon love this place
