Got a new touring bike through a website since I wasn’t finding it in stores, needed it assembled along with some other bits I bought for it. Was calling around to bike shops and would’ve had to wait a few days to get it in and/or get it done, but found these guys. Set up an appointment online for the next day, they came to my work and put it together. The best part other than the promptness, good communication leading up to the appointment, convenience, thoroughness, quality of work and price was the fact that the guy was into the bike and putting it together for me, and appreciated it and my excitement for it. I didn’t feel like I was a chore in a queue of chores, just a nice win win experience.

Jared is awesome. I honestly could not say enough about this guy. HIRE HIM!!! I found him on Craigslist and was a little weary about a Craigslist guy. However once I found his Unilocal and saw the other reviews I went ahead and hired him. He did a crazy good job on my electric bike conversion. Ill post a pick later. It was not easy and some stuff did not have information on it so he went to You Tube and figured it out. If you need someone to work on anything bike related you should not hesitate to give Jared a call. Also he was very affordable too.

Thanks for fixing my Juiced Rider electric bike, Jared! When other mobile bicycle mechanics said «no thanks,» Jared said «no problem.» He showed up for our 10 am appointment this morning (on Saturday!) right on time, and got right to work. My 3-speed internally geared Sram hub had come apart when I caught a pannier strap in the wheel. He efficiently put it back together, adjusted the tension, checked my hydraulic brakes, installed a double kick stand, and got my bike back in excellent working condition. He’s also personable and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend Jared and his services and will be calling on him for all my and my wife’s future repair needs. Buy your bike at a bike shop, but call on Jared for everything else. Five stars.

Jared is awesome! I met him at a local race (Esprit de She) and being that I just bought my bike I needed it fitted correctly. I booked the appointment online, received a confirmation email and text, a reminder email the day before, and Jared was right on time to the appointment — Actually a few minutes early. Not only did he do a basic fitting but we rode around my street so he could see how everything looked. We even chatted for a bit as he gave me some basic maintenance tips and suggestions. He doesn’t charge a travel fee which makes his service really convenient. Who has time to lug a bike to the shop on the weekend when you can have Jared come to you!

Overall I was very impressed! The original appointment I booked completely online. He showed up right on time and after determining the cause of my issues (bent chain rings) offered to show up with replacement parts and work on the bike Saturday so I could ride it. The prices are better than the local bike shop and not having to transport the bike is very convenient; he’s created quite the mobile workshop. Next time I need bicycle service I’ll definitely use him again.
