I am so thankful to have Mark as our Health Insurance Broker! My wife and I realized how much you need service in a Health Broker after we had a MAJOR problem with our third child. Lesson learned and Mark Berdan came to our rescue!!! Our third child was added to our policy when our provider (Blue Sheild) declined to add her. Thank you Mark for all of your help :).

Best knowledgeable customer service ever! 3 years in a row they have taken care of the nightmare called Obama-​Care. Each year they find better plans at a lower cost! Unbelievable… and the friendliest, most helpful service ever. Amanda helped me after 5:15PM. I felt bad, and after 15 minutes told her «just renew the old policy». She spent another 20 minutes putting together a plan that gave better benefits for half of what i paid in 2015. There is absolutely no way I could have found this on the Covered Cal web-​site. Thank you Mark and Amanda, and Thank you Jamie & Brittany who helped last year.

I was completely lost with what to do about my health insurance for 2015. With all of the changes that my insurance and doctors have made it was becoming a struggle trying to find the right plan for me that was not throwing money down the drain.

Berdan Benefits helped both me and my girlfriend get health insurance. They walked us both through Obamacare, and helped my girlfriend get insurance through Covered California (I didn’t qualify). Mark helped me pick a plan that was a good fit for me, and I have to say I am glad I have it now that I got into a motorcycle accident!
Mark is now working on getting me disability insurance, which can understandably be tricky as I work in construction which is a risky field. I am looking forward to seeing the quotes!

Aftr getting laid off, I recently made a switch to starting my own business. I had no idea how to even approach finding new health insurance for me and my family, and the cost of COBRA would have killed me. Mark and Amanda were absolutely amazing! They listened to what we needed, helped me understand the differences among several kinds of options, and really guided me through the entire application process. This week, I got two low-​cost acceptances from insurance companies to choose from, and each one for only half the cost of COBRA. Their advice and guidance were excellent, and I’m really glad I was referred to them. I recommend their services highly and will continue to use them in the future for other needs as well.
