Service is fast and friendly. I’ve dropped by several times to mail packages. Each time was like the blink of an eye. Could not have been easier or faster. Sema, the store manager, is very helpful.

Always great service and a little gem of a place… You never have to wait in line like the post office and they offer all the same services (minus the attitude you get from post office counter workers). Also there’s always free cookies on the counter and they store your addresses for you so if you send once you can just tell them the name and they can look up the address for you :) I love this place and come here for all my shipping needs!

I have been to this post office twice, once should have been enough. They took my items out of my packaged box, put it in one of their’s, charged me for insurance (I didn’t ask for) for a value way more then the package was worth, I asked for the least expensive price to ship. All said and done? $ 19.00 !!! She smiled and said it would be there in 3 days, before I could even figure out what happened, too late to change. I will Never step foot in there again, they over charge! !! Should have known. :(

I had my return label and they said I had to go the manufactures website to reprint a return label. IT CLEARLY STATED ON THE RETURN LABEL if you need to reprint the return label to go to the website! Incompetent!!! Just go to a regular ups/​post office/​fedex drop off. You’ll save yourself time and headaches.

I have been a customer of Beach Mailbox for a year and felt it time to write a review! We own several businesses and use their services for mail, shipping, etc.
I love that they are very personable and attentive to our needs. Sema has greeted my partner and I by name since the beginning of our contract. If there is a long line and we quickly pop in to pick up a package she will grab the package for us without putting the other customers out. (She is a great multi-​tasker!!!)
Also, we moved to Ocean Beach and we don’t always want to drive back to PB to see if we have mail. What’s great about Beach Mailbox is that they will send us an e-​mail when we have mail or a package! It saves me gas and time! I have even asked Sema for specifics about certain mail that came in and she took the time to get me the information.
We highly recommend Beach Mailbox!

I have been a customer at Beach Mailbox for about 8 years and I have never had a bad experience or seen any other customer have one. I spent 2 of those years overseas and Sema packed up my mail every 2 weeks as requested and shipped to me wherever I was. Today, I couldn’t get to the store during open hours, so I sent her an email with my request and within a half hour of opening, she had handled it perfectly. Sema does not need to be told how I like things done, she remembers and does it. If she has a question, she asks. I couldn’t be more pleased to use Beach Mailbox for all my shipping, copying, notorizing and mail needs.

I like going to the Beach Mailbox because most of the time there is no line so you are in and out within 5 – 10 mins. Also, there are a couple of parking spots right in front of the store so you just need to take a few steps and you are in the store.
Store Manager, Sema is great and always willing to help. I even witnessed many other customers telling her how nice she is and how they appreciate her hard work.
They do money orders and can also notarize your paperwork. I would highly recommend trying Beach Mailbox for a better and faster service.

Not only does Beach Mailbox have the lowest prices, they offer free tracking, will pack and ship items for you, and never have a line longer than 1 – 2 people (in my experiences). All this is done by Sima, a positively attractive woman who is happy to help, and she lets you have a cookie! If that is not enough for you to call this your favorite shipping center, I don’t know what to tell you. Oh yeah, and they do money orders now, too.

I love this place! The staff is great! I don’t check my po box often but whenever I get a package they send me a nice emailing informing me. I have forgotten to pick up packages for weeks and they are so nice to remind me and hold it for me. I was also able to renew my service for a year all through email. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a po box. Very close and convenient location near the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Sema was a complete gem! I went into Beach Mailbox right at opening, 9 am, because I had to ship something to Milan that day before I had to go to work. Since I was in a hurry, Sema got my CC info down and handled it with me over the phone! She went through all the trouble of finding me the best rates, and emailing my receipt and tracking number. Throughout all this, she was so patient and kind. Not once did she make it seem like it was a hassle. I truly appreciate everything she did for me because my papers HAD to be shipped that day. Thank you Sema!

I was in the store at the same time as Critic Z. (who left a 1 star review). I was behind him, waiting to ship a package. I waited as he dealt with them (which, his review is actually quite untrue. He was the agressor and in the wrong, not the staff).
I then gave them my package, expecting to pay about $ 15 to ship it fedex to AZ. They informed me that I could use the US Mail instead for about $ 8 and it would be there in the same time frame. Bingo.
So, they took care of me, were very nice, dealt with an aggressive customer before me (Reviewer: Critic Z.), and still saved me $ 7 with a smile.

Kay has always been nice to me. She is always in a good mood. She sends emails when I receive mail and packages. She’s helped me out a lot. This is an affordable place to ship packages; Much better then waiting in line at the post office and dealing with the grumpy postmen.

This is a great local shipping location. Kay is a great person to work with and is an excellent resource for shipping. If you live locally it’s a great place to go and you can get all of your needs addressed. Computers are available for printing, emailing, etc.
She is experienced with Ebay and Amazon order also.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I mail a lot of packages, and it’s so much easier with all of my information/​address and the addresses of everyone I’ve shipped to in the computer.
Moreover, Kay knows the type of packaging to recommend to keep shipping economical. I feel like she really has the customer’s best interest versus how to just make an extra buck.
I have tried a few other places… before I found Beach Mailbox, when I’ve had a coupon or when I show up after hours. I am never even close to satisfied. I have VERY high expectations now. :)
