Love coming here. They take great care of me. Help me with what works for my body type. Deb and Tiffany are wonderful. Way better than fashion valley –where they ignore you

This review is for the company as a whole and their Newport Beach, Fashion Island location. First off, I was new to the brand. I decided to purchase a pair of heels and a dress for an event. I ended up not attending the event. I took the dress back to the NB location and was told that they could NOT return it because 1) shoes were final sale and 2) «the dress had been worn.» The manager was a complete bitch. I will NEVER shop at this location again. As for BCBG as a whole? I called corporate left messages and emails. Never heard back(not surprising!) I work in Customer Service and this is by far some of the worst I have experienced. For buying all your overpriced clothes that are«made in China» you would think you could at least call your customers back?! WORSTPURCHASEEVER!

Like most of the other reviewers, I’m a huge BCBG fan and this is my go-to brand when I need a dress. That said, when I needed a dress for an upcoming holiday party, I was hoping to find one here. The staff was friendly and eager to help. HOWEVER, despite that fact that I clearly stated I only needed a dress, several sales associates took the opportunity to push shoes, clutches and jewelry on me. Which I wouldn’t have minded as much if the items actually went with the dresses I was trying on. My friend and I were embarrassed for the associates’ suggestions. Obviously they work on commission but it’s tacky when associates hock random, unnecessary items. When I finally settled on a dress, the last in my size, I noticed some loose thread and missing sequins. Not a huge deal, but at the same time no one wants to drop a load of money just to have to fix it or worry about it falling apart. When they realized I was buying a clearance item over a full price dress, the sales people were suddenly rude and almost accusatory that I expected a discount on the dress. When I told them I needed time to think about it, they rudely told me they don’t hold clearance items, so «hopefully it’ll be here if you come back.» No worries guys, I found an even better dress from a store that actually knows what they’re doing.

I love BCBG, majority of my wardrobe is from BCBG, but the sales people at this location are too pushy. I tried stopping in here quickly on my lunch break and this sales girl would not leave me alone. She followed me around the store and forced a bunch of other items on me. Then when I got in the dressing room, I thought I would finally get some peace and quiet but she stood outside of curtain asking me personal questions about myself. I came here to quickly buy a shirt not to discuss my life story. After this experience, I hesitate to return because I just want to shop and be on my way, especially when I need to get back to the office, which I told her several times.

every time i’ve gone into this store in the last year no one has greeted me. i even picked up an item 2 – 3 times, walked near a fitting room, and nothing. i was so upset i just hung it back on the rack on walked out. this BCBG has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a retail store. the people that work there are always behind the cash wrap /around it chit-chatting away. when you don’t have time to acknowledge your customers when they are the only other person in the store, you know there’s a problem. how do you expect me to drop $ 300+ on a dress when i can’t even get a «hello»? i prefer the fashion valley location a thousand times over this one. the only thing this store has going for it is the recent remodel, other than that — go to the fashion valley location, they have a better selection, and employees who actually care about their clients.

I love BCBG, it’s my favorite brand of clothing so I’m always eager to shop in one when I come across one in the mall. But man oh man the ditzy, rude workers in there need to go back to customer service training. The store is extremely small, so why they have 3 dumb broads doing absolutely nothing in there baffles me. They were all completely useless and offered no help at all. If I could have walked out I would have but let’s get real here, they were having a 50% off sale and I just had to buy myself some boots. Anyways, I’ll stick to the BCBG in Fashion Island, Newport Beach.

Wear nice clothes while shopping here, and you’ll get better service. Otherwise, you may be treated like a criminal. Fantastic for dresses, especially if you favor colors like black and gray/silver. Would be great if you need to shop for a cocktail party or black-tie event. They also have a lot of work-appropriate dresses that flatter short/skinny people. A surprisingly good place to go for nice basics and business casual clothes, but watch out for polyester garments cozying up with much nicer cotton and wool ones. Markdowns are common, and they have large sales periodically. I really like the clothes here, but the salespeople intimidate me sometimes. It’s not always the best shopping experience, but the clothes are flattering — especially on petite people. Also, the Fashion Valley location is larger and has a better selection and a juicier sales rack.

For the first time ever, I stepped foot into this store. With no intention of buying anything, but browsed for a couple of minutes, waiting for my friend to pick me up. You’d think everything would be in the $ 150+ range, and believe me some of the clothes there were, but still very cute. A lot of mark downs, 30−70% off, dresses, pants, jackets. The dresses on sale were exceptionally cute.(I’m on a mission to find a dress for my cousins wedding) Don’t be afraid of the price tag, some of them are originally $ 220+, but c’mon 50−70% off, now that’s a bargain. I’ll definitely stop by here again, but not too often.

I used to love BCBG more. They have super cute stuff, but their XS or Size 0 doesn’t always fit me the way the«standard» XS or 0 should. This location is also very small and therefore the selection isn’t great. Go to the one on Rodeo instead. Yes, I said Rodeo, it’s not that far. They also have a horrible return policy. You basically can only get store credit if you buy anything that is marked down. So I was looking for a dress for my bday last summer and found one that was cute enough, but then decided to get another dress at the last minute, which was cuter. So the $ 180 I spent had to go towards something else. I guess I got cute shoes but still, I was forced to have to buy something there at that location, and they didn’t have much.
