I previously worked at an ice cream parlor where you named it, we made it. I worked there for roughly 3 years. Knowing what I know about ice cream I was not too happy with my recent visit here. I regularly visit this store and rarely am I disappointed. However today is not the case. I ordered a hand packed small cookie dough. When I came home I noticed that it seemed a little lighter than normal. I grabbed my spoon and pressed down on the ice cream. Low and behold I packed almost half way down the cup. Seems to me I paid double for what I should have gotten. Thank you for cutting me short guys!

This BR is one of the best in the area. Always helpful and kind when my kids and I go. Order bday cakes from them and they always turn out perfectly and made exactly to order. My son’s bday is NYE and ordered a cake the evening before. (I know, it got away from me!) They had it finished 3 hrs earlier than expected freeing me up for other things to get done!

Never rely to the decorator, if u find something nice in the display, better be it, or have something that they can copied on, otherwise you’ll be disappointed when your expectation will not be meet. it can totally spoil your day! Especially when its your birthday!

The service was excellent, but they need to clean the inside of the freezer cases. If they would just stand on the other side of the counter to see what the customer sees, they would understand what I talking about. Yuck!

Who doesn’t love Ice Cream! We all love Ice Cream! You get to try any flavor you want and there is so many varieties how you can have your favorite flavor of ice cream! Sundae, shake, in a bowl, in a cone, waffle bowl, waffle cone… Possibilities are endless! My favorite deal right now is you get two scoops of ice cream and you get a free waffle cone! Who doesn’t want that?! I got peanut butter chocolate and chocolate fudge ice cream! Yes I was quiet the whole time indulging in my ice cream! Mmm mmm good!

I think their prices are slightly on the expensive side, but what hasn’t gotten more expensive over the years… so I can’t take a star away for that.
While there are so many new dessert and ice cream places popping up, I can always count on something yummy and consistent at Baskin Robbins. Sometimes all I want is a scoop of ice cream, and I’ve found BR never lets me down.
They always have fun flavors of the month, but my go to is cookies and cream and cookie dough. Always get a double scoop, at a minimum lol.

Great location. I have known Baskin Robbins all my life and I know exactly what to order when I walk into the store. The lady at the counter was very rude. I felt like I was being yelled at even though I was simply ordering my ice cream and she was taking my order.
Nothing can really go wrong, though, when you’re there to order your favorite flavor at the ice cream store. I just hope either she doesn’t take orders (maybe that’s just how she talks?!) or they hire someone else.
BTW, clean inside.

Had a short but good experience. Stopped by for a kids cone. Okay not really. I stopped by for FREE SAMPLES but ended up with a kids cone of choc peanut butter.
So delicious and satisfying. It’s like a pat on the back mixed with a high five after a very long day of work (by that I mean long day of procrastinating).
Almost docked a star for having no music. I thought for a second, I accidentally stepped into a funeral parlor or a library. Wha?!! No music. I actually docked a star for their PRICES. Whew! They have all these fancier things on their menu now but at a quick glance, baskin robbins prices are NOT what they used to be. Almost $ 6 but A Lot of things on the menu (and we are talking a small size).

I custom ordered an ice cream cake online and came to this location to pick it up. Unfortunately they could not find the order and apologized saying this sometimes happens. I was disappointed I could not get the exact cake I ordered but they more than made up for my inconvenience. Their genuine customer service was outstanding — while I was delayed for a little bit, they whipped up a newly decorated cake from one they had on hand which happened to be a bit larger than I had ordered.
All in all, it worked out great and I will be back based on how awesome they treated me. We had been here previously just for a quick snack and always have been given great customer service. Kudos to your team and thank you again.

I came in here wanting some ice cream but once I got in there I really wasn’t impressed. The employees were okay they didn’t seem overly excited to have customers in the store. They did have a nice selection of ice cream, milkshakes and coffee drinks. I just got two scoops of the reeses peanut butter cup ice cream and some whip cream hot fudge basically a hot fudge sundae. The sundae was alright I don’t know why I was expecting it to taste like ghirardelli’s in downtown San Diego. The location is cool the store is clean and small but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

There is very little to differentiate Baskin Robbins between each other unless you’re ordering a cake. This is where it really matters. I’ve seen some locations where the cakes they make are just travesties. Fortunately, the Carmel Mountain location came through for me.
I went into the store and described to the employees the look I was going for and they wrote it down and passed it on to their cake decorator. They had it ready and waiting for me when I needed it and it turned out great. Minion themed mint chocolate chip ice cream round cake.

I absolutely love this Baskin Robbins. This particular owner is so nice and really cares about his stores, employees, and customers. I am a huge fan of the cappuccino blast, this is a must for coffee lovers (get it made with jamoca, absolutely delicious). Who doesn’t love their ice cream too!!!
My husband went in today and picked up a birthday cake for me. I must say I am super impressed with their cakes there. They went above and beyond on my cake, beautiful pink with a hot air balloon and birds all around, I wanted to cry. Overall, wonderful location, I would highly recommend.

Found a bug in my icecream, the worker literally poured the left over milkshake from a previous customer into a cup and started drinking it in front of me (also giving some to the co workers on a spoon) and said the icecream I ordered was gross.

Gary — manager, went through long lengths to give my son his best 5th birthday by making an amazing car cake. Our guests loved the ice cream cake especially the fudge crunch. Thank you Baskin Robbins and Gary!!! Definitely recommend this place.

I’m rating this on all other Baskin Robbins I have been to, since a child. There were only a few other people there. About 6 women were working. The manager was interviewing someone, as well. Yet, I waited a minute even to be served. The employees were apparently, not «getting along». They were holding scoops or whAt have you, in their hands and gossiping about one another, in front of me. Very grade school & unprofessional! :(

xI have been to this location a few times now. I usually get the vanilla malt shake. I was greeted each time by a few different people, and all of them were pleasant. I guess i write this because I recently visited another location, and the shake not as well made. If your like me, and go to a ice-​cream place to TREAT YOUR SELF, that treat has to be perfect and taste just like the photo.
Being in business my self I understand the importance of reviews so I take the time to point out good service.

There are Baskin Robbins all over the place, so you pretty much know what to expect. I would rate most of them at 3 stars for A-​OK. We’ve gone to this Baskin Robbins twice during our vacation in San Diego, and the employees attitudes just seem so depressed and unhappy… I feel like any happiness I obtained from being on vacation was being slowly sucked from my soul in their presence.
Nothing wrong with the ice cream though. Take it to go.

I thought the Grand Re-​Opening was fun. The entertainment was awesome – they had a band that was something right out of the Las Vegas strip with Katy Perry, Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Pink Impersonators. A little much for the semi-​conservative people of North Country, but I thought it rocked.
The ice cream and ice cream cakes are always good at BR – The service today was great. :)
I’m hoping that the service will continue to be as good (or better) than it was before now that it’s under new ownership. *If so, then I will definitely be back.
