Barrett Engineered Pumps

Great services and repaired the pumps great.

Been there twice this past month with a repair then brought it back for warranty.
The guys in the back looked and smelled like they were stoned. The service guy
named Tom was helpfull and his eyes were stoned red.

Wow! This place is so great it makes me wish my stuff would break so I could go back!
Two days before Xmas my sump pump went out, meaning we couldn’t shower or use our toilets. I took the pump to Barrett thinking it would take at least a few days for them to look at them pump. Immediately, they checked out the pump and took it apart. They told me they I hadn’t damaged it severely, and were able to repair it on the spot. In addition to repairing it, they gave me an identical brand new pump!!! Who does that? As if it could get any better, they wouldn’t take payment! I have to say that dealing with any other company these days only leads to frustration and disappointment and terrible customer service, but it good to know that a company like this exists to make up for all the others. I have used them once before and they were equally great. I can’t recommend Barrett enough. This is what every company should be like. These guys are the best!!!
