Same issue as others. I’ve called 4 times and have yet to reach her.

I will never ever use this business. It was impossible to schedule an appointment due to the owner’s inability to return phone calls and emails. My opinion is Karla overestimated her capacity when she offered coupons online. As such, she got overwhelmed and was thus unable to return communications to customers. Here is the background: I purchased two grooming vouchers through SignonSanDiego’s Daily Deals in September. On October 9, I emailed Karla in order to schedule an appointment. After no response I called on October 12 and left a voice mail. I missed her return call where she gave me a different email address to use. I sent an email to her new address on October 14, and on October 17 I followed up my email with another voice mail. I finally received an email reply on October 19 indicating she was busy, would check her schedule and get back to me. She never got back to me. I followed up via email on October 21, 27 and November 3. Between the emails, I left voice mails when I could, and other times I just had to give up because her voice mail box was full. The supremely frustrating part of all this is that I already purchased the vouchers, so I felt stuck and forced to deal with an inadequate business. Luckily for me, I contacted SignonSanDiego on November 4 and was able to cancel the vouchers and receive refunds. I understand being busy, but as everyone should know, communication is key. Ignoring customers is simply bad business sense.

Karla is the absolute best! Affordable but thorough, all 3 of my dogs (2 large akitas and a teacup maltese) looked and smelled great. Her interaction with them was gentle and patient.

Karla was wonderful, she did an outstanding job on my golden retriever max. I will recommend her to all my friends with pets!!! Max loved her too she was very gentle and loving.
