Every. single. time. I come here they are the slooooowwwwest at helping people. Everytime! They need more tellers. Its either one or two with a line full of people. A snail crosses the street faster.

Short and sweet service! Tiny place is hard to find, but benefit is fast and shorter line for better professional service!

My problem started when I thought ‘all these negative reviews can’t all be right’. I was wrong. Of all the firms one would wish Unilocal would allow a negative or zero star, it would be these guys. I started a refi with Matt Pagano, the process and paperwork was drawn out but tolerable. No interaction w/​the lending agent other than the initial ‘get started’ email. My FICO is plus 780 and my mortgage ratio to value is 65%± so I knew there weren’t going to be any issues on my end. The 1^st BofA ‘mistake’ was charging me three times for the appraisal. After I caught it on my card, they refunded… approx. 3 weeks later. Then they provided an erroneous GFE. Only thing accurate on their paperwork was my name & address. Otherwise I would have thought they were talking to someone in Nebraska. After another 3 weeks or so, the next GFE was still wrong. Then they send snail mail me a requirement to send $ 250.00 and blame it on my current mortgage holder. Yet another surprise without olé’ Matt calling or emailing any information or heads up along the way. Just unbelievable. I check in 3 weeks after the $ 250.00 check and then I’m told BofA cancelled my refi due to my ‘lack of response’. Did I receive a notice all the time I’ve wasted w/​them to that point needs to consummate by a certain date or it goes away? A phone call? An email? none of the above. They refuse to honor the original quoted rate. I have to yell to get my appraisal fee back. Only after two (2) levels of supervisors and 3 more weeks of waiting did I get it back. Worst experience ever w/​unbelievably unprofessional people and I’ve bought & re-​financed eight times previous (obviously not with BofA). Get this, I place my story on Zillow and instead of addressing the problems, they simply take Matt’s profile down. Ha! Unbelievable! Never again

Not very friendly. The teller was rude and was put out by the fact that I was asking for change for my business while making a deposit. With all the other options for banking they should keep customer service a focus.
Almost non existent parking. Go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service I have a one week old baby that I have to drag to the bank to close my account for the monthly maintenance fee they are charging me when I’m not working because I gave birth. The teller check me in and says it will be 10 minutes to see someone to close my account 20 minutes later the same jerk takes my ID and bank card and is able to close my account no problem. Thank you for making me wait with my newborn baby and exposing her to germs when you could have done this the first time as$h0 $ 3

I wish can give them 0 star because 1star is too much for this bank with rude employees. If you don’t believe feel free to test this bank. I will close my account as soon as possible.

This location is ridiculous. There is one personal banker available yet she’s spending 40+ mins teaching a customer how to use her bank app while other customers are waiting. When I ask of there is another banker available, they say no. Really?! Customer service is horrible and I’m seriously considering changing my bank

Horrible parking lot, incompetent employees who don’t care about their customers. This entire organization is f@cked. Time to switch banks ASAP.

I have an account with them more than 10 years but all this time i used to live in florida. I just moved here so i opened a new account. I have to say that the tellers are super nice ! I opened also a business account and since its the first time they explain me everything i need to know. There is parking lot but if you coming in the middle of the day its probably gone be full. The location is great, center of UTC. Other then that, they help me with tips about this area witch i new here as i wrote before. I gave them 4 stars because of the parking issue.

Bank of America issues approval letters that mean nothing. They are difficult to deal with and did not close my loan in time. They do not communicate well with the Realtors involved in the transaction or the borrower. I would never use them again for any banking home loan products they offer.

Just had to hit ATM — Location handy, but parking not good. .. Small spaces, small lot and had to circle to find unreserved spot!

The tellers are always super nice; I had a wrongful charge to my account that made me get an overdraft fee and they cleared it up for me fast. Only complaint is that there’s no atm drive thru

Terrible, terrible service. Happy to help you open an account and then never help you again. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. We are tempted to close all of our accounts and go to another bank. Even with that threat they could care less. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.

Same deal — not tied to this specific location, just B of A in general.
I’ve had a tax levy on my account duplicated and it’s cost me about 20hrs of my life trying to sort it out. B of A keeps directing me back to the IRS, who has actually been helpful, but B of A has done nothing to help me get through this.
It’s pretty ridiculous how bad the service has been, no one seems connected within the organization.
I wish I had a bigger forum to complain about this, but I guess I’ll have to settle on Unilocal for now in hopes of keeping at least 1 person from choosing B of A.

Bank of America sucks. I understand they need to make a profit but they do so at the expense of their customers. To many fees and poor customer service made me switch to Mission Federal Credit Union.

albee lopez is one cool dude. helped me open an account with $ 25 in less than 10 minutes, no lie. i didnt need a new account but i needed checks to set up my direct deposit. just having moved from seattle i had no idea where my checks were (which were really still in seattle cause i didnt wanna bring em). came up with a great idea of creating a new account, issuing temporary checks and assigning a temporary debit card and voila. everything i needed for my direct deposit, buying burritos and alcohol, and on top of all that i got a neat little B of A folder for my favorables
