Con: does not offer any cleaning that doesn’t cost me $ 113 out of pocket. Instead of my expected no copay preventive exam and cleaning, I only got an exam. I repeat that there is NO option at all for a no copay cleaning.

This is the best dentist with the best dental office staff ever. To start with, I went to them several years ago on a friends recommendation after I had three *horrible* and frankly terrifying dental experiences. By the time I got to Dr. Fronjian, I was so scared that I was having panic attacks and needed a lot of patience. They were so gentle and so patient that not long after my first visit, I didn’t even need the gas to help calm me down. Rhonda, the lovely receptionist, made everything easy and has continued to do so. I have been very impressed with her follow through and pleasant demeanor– even while I was moving every six months, had different phone numbers, everything! She never minded the inconvenience and has always been a joy to chat with. The office is always clean and parking is pretty simple. I genuinely enjoy everything about this dentist!

If u need a custom made mouthguard for any sport this is the place to go!!! For yourself or your kids. $ 30 for plain or $ 50 for ur custom logos. It’s not a scam. It totally legit. He mainly makes them to help promote his office. Its a very well made mouthguard

Ive been to several Dental offices in the past but this one really stands out. Dr Fronjian is just a sincere and genuine person and not to mention a heck of a Dentist! I like this place because the Doctor and his staff, to put it simple, are just kind people. Your are treated more than just a number. He really does value his customers and actually takes the time to listen to their concerns; unlike the many Dental mills out there, most of his patients are long term and have been coming to him for years.

I have been coming to Dr Fronjian for over a decade and I have never ever been less than absolutely thrilled with the work and the customer service.
Dr Fronjian and his staff always provide definitively «extra mile» service. By way of example, he was able to instantly identify a significant issue with my eldest daughter’s dentition the first time I took her to see him when she came to live with me, and he referred us to an expert who was able to correct the condition. I directly attribute the significant improvement in her quality of life to Dr Fronjian’s expertise and intervention.
Another example, when I lost my dental coverage he was more than willing to work with me to continue to receive my dental prophylaxis treatments at a *significantly* reduced rate because he genuine believes that the dental health of his clients is more important than making $. Fortunately for both of us, my dental insurance lapse was very short lived, nonetheless I am very grateful to Dr Fronjian.
I will continue to be a loyal client until it becomes impossible to do so. Dr Fronjian is, quite simply, the very best.

I choose this dentist because he was close to my work. So far pretty good… Very honest. Tells you what you need done. He doesn’t oversell dentistry!!! He and his staff make you feel comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist for years so I was scared to go to be honest. I went in first to get X-​rays (assistant was patient with me) I hate X-​rays. They have new technology where you can see right on the screen your X-​rays so they don’t have to go back later if they made a mistake or you moved. I got my work done in two days, deep cleaning and two cavity fillings. The office lady was nice she showed me what my insurance will cover and what I have to pay out of pocket (they offer separate financing). On the plus plus side, I got free teeth whiting for being a new a patient and from the start you can see the difference. I will for sure be back!!! He has been here for 10 plus years he must be doing something right!!!

So glad I picked this place. The staff is super nice and very attentive. They got started right on time and I didn’t have to wait. And Dr. Fronjian is great. He walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why. He was also super patient as I’m a big wimp when it comes to needles (I needed local anesthesia) but it went smoothly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you dread going to the dentist. They’ll take good care of you!

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Fronjian. I was looking for a dentist that was close to my home and would see both myself and my two small children. I’m so happy I found him! This is the first dentist I’ve had in my life who put a numbing gel on my teeth before the scrapping. It is SO helpful! It is also the first dentist I’ve ever seen who hasn’t made me feel like I’m doing a bad job on my teeth. I get in and out very quickly. He sees my children and he is great with them. He is very calm and patient (the father of two young kids himself so he understands). In fact, I had to bring both of my kids in with me for my cleaning and exam and everyone was so sweet with them and actually played with them in the waiting room while I had my appointment. I was very grateful for that. I highly recommend this dentist. He is great!

I will be quick to the point! Go to this dentist! Dr Avo and his staff run a great office! Parking is easy, easy off freeway access, waiting room is clean, no wait time, tv on the ceilings, very kind with excellent customer service, clean office and very quick service! Dr. was excellent with small children too! (I brought my 3 and 5 year old) nice big prizes in the prize box! (very important)! Lol. I can not recommend this office enough!

I just recently switched to this dentist and couldn’t be happier!!! All the staff is super friendly. The office is very clean, comfortable, and hell… you even get to watch TV! This office has gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, inform me on what procedures will be done, what I can expect, and never once made me feel poorly about my teeth (I drink a ton of coffee and smoke cigarettes).
I plan on coming here for all my dental needs and referring as many friends as possible :-)

I just completed a full course of Invisaligns, and a regularly scheduled cleaning, with Dr. Fronjian’s office in the past month. From the first consultation, Dr. Fronjian has been kind, honest, and informative. He is actually a physician for dental health, as opposed to other salesman-​esque dentists that push $ 300 toothbrushes and $ 12 toothpaste down your throat at every visit.
My Invisalign treatment went great and Dr. Fronjian’s price on these is very reasonable. The cost for the first set of retainers was high compared to others, but with his price on Invisaligns the overall deal was still good.
I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment (and even that only happened once), and the rest of his staff is warm and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling, despite visiting him every three to six weeks for my braces.
Overall great experience — my husband has also become a patient here, and we’ll continue to use Dr. Fronjian as our regular dentist.

I have been coming to Dr. Fronjian for years. Almost 100 percent of the time I don’t ever have a wait time. If I do it’s never more than 5 minutes. They are extremely efficient, very welcoming as well as professional. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and very customer service oriented. They make certain you are very comfortable when work is being done. They have flat screens with headphones for your comfort and convenience as your in the dental chair. The office is very clean and up to date.
The front desk person is very well organized, extremely efficient, and extremely nice. She always has a smile on her face every time I come in as she greets me. She always has my reminder post card out before I get there so I can fill in my address to remind me of the next appointment date. Also, she ALWAYS ALWAYS calls me the day prior to confirm the date and time of the appointment to avoid miscommunication or a faulty memory on my part. At times I have arrived late but I call to let them know and they say no worries, even though I’m sure I’m putting them behind in their schedule for the day.
ALL of their staff are extremely personable, warm, cheerful, and light hearted. They are very good at what they do and have your best dental interest in mind without making you feel obligated. They always make you feel welcomed and at home.

I didn’t actually have any dental work done here. I think the people making the appointments are very disorganized. I came in at 9:45, the time I made my appointment. When I got there, they said I was late because I made the appointment at 9:00. I know for a fact that I made it at 9 because I drop my son off at preschool at 9:00, I would have never made it at that conflicting time.
Over the phone I suggested to the lady taking my appointment that she take my email, so they could send me the forms so I would have them ready when I go in, she refused and said she they don’t email forms at their office…
However, when I went in for my actual appointment they asked me if I filled out the forms that they emailed, which I obviously I never received since they refused my email address. I had the feeling that the woman that set up was preoccupied at the time I scheduled my appointment.
I never received any reminder calls, mail, or email confirmation about my appointment, which would have brought the incorrect appointment time to my attention.
This was very inconvenient.
Not only did I waste my time and gas, but I also went through the hassle of dropping off my 10 month old with a sitter. It was a very hectic morning, all for nothing.

I went for a chipped tooth and exam. I asked them to perform the cleaning the same day. This was totally doable had he not spent 30 minutes telling me I clenched my jaw and should be evaluated for TMJ. So, no cleaning. Oh, but he wouldn’t do a normal cleaning, I needed the special «deep cleaning» that (of course) my insurance didn’t cover. Before I left, I had a bill for over $ 1000 of suggested services. And, to top it off, if I changed my insurance, they’d waive the copay… seriously? What a rip off. Looking for the maximum insurance benefit without regard for the patient.
BTW, I asked to waive the suggestion for the deep cleaning and to proceed with the standard. They refused. And this from someone who saw the dentist every 6 months…

I have had real bad experiences from Dentists in the past thats why I have not been to one in a while… Previous issues I had was the long wait times, or the dentists upselling me services that I did not really need.
When I came to Dr. Fronjian’s office I was worried that he was going to be another upselling doctor. I guess not, he is real honest and and nice. His staff was real nice and helpful. He is real reasonable with pricing as well. :)
My appointment was at 1230pm and I was already greeted by the doctor before 1230pm No wait! I love it!

My first visit at Dr. Fronjian’s dental office. I went there for a cleaning and a consultation regarding invisalign.
There was no wait for me. We got started as soon as I finished filling out the paper work. I first did an X-​ray, Dr Fronjian then examined my teeth and gave me some great advice on invisalign vs braces based on my situation. Then he started cleaning, and he was being very patient and was taking his time to clean my teeth thoroughly. He did a really great job cleaning my teeth. Oh, did I mention the cleaning didn’t hurt at all?
I went back to work after visiting Dr. Fronjian. I told my coworkers about my dental appointment and everybody was like, I hate going to the dentist! Not for me! As weird as it sounds, I actually enjoy going to the dentist and I look forward to going back to Dr. Fronjian!

Dr. Fronjian and his staff are a breathe of fresh air. I had previously been at a dentist office that always seemed to want to push my bill to$ 1,000 every visit — and I have good teeth. After going to Dr. Fronjian, I found that the so called services I needed were fraudulant.
When I check out his profile, I was impressed by his work with cancer patient pro bono. I really love the personal attention and education about proper care too. My check ups are great without inflated services and charges like many other offices. I really trust Dr. Fronjian and trust him to care for my toddler too.
I was reviewing some of the other reviews here and have to say that I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment and even that is rare. I have been a patient for 4 years now and have referred him many times. I know of at least 3 new patients from my referrals that also love him and find his pricing very reasonable. His account manager is great at explaining services and really works with insurance. We switched dental insurance a few years ago. The new plans has his office as out of network. I was afraid I would have to switch or pays higher prices but I still pay no out of pocket expenses.
You really need to check out his office and staff, you’ll be glad you did.

After being in a few dentist offices who only look to upsell you and make you buy things you don’t need, I found Dr. Fronjians office. By the time I finished my paperwork I was taken to the back for my dental exam and cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Dr. Fronjian not only did an outstanding job, but he helped me understand exactly why and how important dental hygiene is.
I got a custom mouthguard made for boxing. For anyone who knows how much these cost ($ 200+) Dr. Fronjian charges $ 20 and does a great job. You can get a custom logo for $ 5 or have them done for braces.
I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for a professional dentist who knows what he is talking about.
P. S. Raechel… he gave you your money back, I think that’s a pretty sincere apology for waiting.
