Excellent customer service! My car died at the gas station next door, so I walked over to AutoZone to see if they loaned jumper boxes. The manager on duty informed me that they didn’t, but he offered to drive his car over and give me a jump!
I was already amazed at him going above and beyond, then he offered to test my battery and charging system free of charge! After he checked my alternator and battery be suggested we swap out my battery just in case since it was under warranty. And then he helped me swap out my battery, which was free!!!
I tried to tip him or buy his lunch, but he declined.
Great experience! It’s awesome to see somebody with such great customer service.

I have been to this location several times with various problems ranging from a lightbulb out to needing windshield washer fluid.
Each and every time I go, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not only do they do their job they go out of their way to go the extra mile. They have actually helped me change the bulb and put the fluid in my car. I feel like that is excellent customer service and that is what will make me go back time after time as well as a refer other customers to them.
The store is nice and bright and tidy. I have never looked for something and not found it there or had it be out of stock.
When you work that hard, you definitely deserve a pat on the back!

Only been here for minor parts. Prices are good and all the employees have been helpful and knowledgable. They’ve helped me get and install wiper blades on two different occasions. Can’t beat that!

Best Autozone I have ever been to! Never have a long wait and the manager there wanted the best for me. he said that he wanted me to get the right part and tested my battery. turns out I didn’t need a battery. the shop was just trying to get my money.

Staff was extremely helpful. Walked in and someone was able to help me and test my battery within 2 minutes.
Ran a few test on my car (all for free) because she was generally concerned and wanted to find the best solution for me.
I ended up needing a new battery, however no one was available to put it in for me which was a deal break because I knew absolutely nothing about vehicles and my car wasn’t starting…
I told her thank you for her time but I might just stop by later when someone was available. I immediately went outside and called a pep boys who gave me the same price and no wait time. As I was starting my car the girl ran out and stopped me and said someone just came in and pulled the battery I needed and could put it in for me free of charge right then!
Very sweet and by actually caring about her customer she got the sale and kept the business. Super sweet. And convenient.
I definitely plan to go back!

We were just here to try and match a price for a car battery… because that is what they «supposedly do» is match prices for comparable products. The INCOMPETENT MANAGER (AMANDA CIRBUS) and her INCOMPETENT sidekick (ERIC P). They gave us the run around and wasted our time by saying that they had called the years when we have proof that it was 3 years. They just wanted to lie to us. They didn’t bother to wait on the phone when they were calling the competitors to check out the price that we had told them. I can understand if the incompetent sidekick can’t help us out because he is a tool! But the manager on the other hand… she is getting manager’s pay … so she can give bullcrap sevice to customers!!! Just unbelievable the audacity that they will go through to make it so they don’t have to match the price but their company boasts PRICE MATCHING.

I stopped in the Zone because it was time for my car to receive some fuel injector cleaner. When I arrived at the wall of cleaners, there were so many, that I could not decide what to buy. (
) Eventually an attendant came over to lend me some advice, and I went for the Lucas brand which cost $ 5.99 plus tax.
The store was crystal clean, well stocked, and had the warehouse appeal with its high ceilings. (
) I am glad the employee came over to help me, and the other employee at the register was equally as friendly and helpful.
My car is a happy camper as well.

Get in the zone, Auto Zone!
Okay, I got that out quickly! This review will be short and sweet because I’ve been there about three times and what I love about this place is that it’s right down the street from where we live, it’s well stocked and the customer service has been extremely friendly. Here’s to many more stops for random car washing stuff!
More Meguiar’s stuff is always a plus, however they have a great selection already!
