Ramon, the gentlemen that assisted me was extremely helpful. I came in with a dead car battery and I basically walked out with a fully recharged car battery within hours. He even went out of his way to clean it and make sure it was up and running. It’s always nice to see employee’s go out of their way to help customers.
Ramon if you see this, keep up the good work.

I know zero about cars. Nothing. Well, gas goes in that one hole in the side of my ride and that sticker in the corner of the windshield reminds me when I have to take my car to SOMEONE ELSE to change the oil. I’m knocking on wood when I say this, but «thank goodness my car is in great health with minimal maintenance.»
So why the visit to, Auto Zone? Great question! I was driving the other evening with a very dirty windshield, so I decided to clean it while driving by pushing that magic water spray button thingy. Water sprayed, my blades popped up and it was instantly apparent that the long summer had dried out, cracked and ruined my blades. I drove to the nearest gas station, grabbed a squeegee and quickly cleaned up the blinding mess. Next stop… Auto Zone!
The staff was friendly and looked up the proper blades for my car. I had to go seek them out but quickly located them and checked out for about $ 35.00 a few minutes later with two new blades in hand. Why wait? Let’s throw those suckers on in the parking lot! All of a sudden my lack of automotive experience kicked in and I was looking at YouTube instructional videos to expedite the process with no luck and certainly no results. I turned in my man card and walked into the store asking if anyone could show me how to change my wiper blades. A friendly gentleman said he’d be right out so I went outside to wait while offering up a few more unsuccessful attempts. He never made it out so I went back inside for additional knowledge and luckily found a young lady with some skills. She followed me out, pushed instead of pulled, (damn you YouTube) and I was in biz with new blades installed two minutes later. Thank you!
I’m waiting for you, El Nino.

Went here on the 13^th of November to get a fuse for my car, which I was already upset about, because it was for ignition, car wouldn’t start without it. As I’m standing in the already long line and reading on my phone about the probable issues that could be going with my car and making sure I had the correct 15 amp fuse, the slower of the two associates, finally decided to ring customers up. He yells out, next in line to pay and the yells it again. I look up and say, «right here», in which the guy responds, «oh well too late, you have to wait like everyone else.» What kind of customer service is that?

I was in from out of town and needed a new back light assembly, even though they didn’t have it stock, the manager called all around town (including their competitors) to help me locate the part. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a LONG time!

This is where I go to get parts for my Impala besides the Junkyard.

My purchase was simple and required no assistance. So what went wrong? An employee of AutoZone decided that he was above the law and parked in a handicap spot when delivering items from another store. When I questionned him for parking in the spot, he ignored me. Really!!! You are wearing an autozone shirt. You didn’t think I would post something about this.

i tip my hat off to the employees of this place. there were 3 different things wrong with the car, and although i repaired it myself, they provided all the tools, which i didn’t have with me. there’s your loitering guys outside looking for «change to buy train tix home», but generally a safe locale. pricing isn’t the best, but when it is at auto stores?
