Ryan founded this business right out of college, and it grew quickly! He soon brought in his father for office help, and got more installation help. Our team today has grown to include dedicated office staff, in-​house programmers, and installation specialists, all of whom help us better accommodate each project and make every system perfect.

Ryan and Marcos are so professional and knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and design the best smart system for your home taking into account your needs, ease of use and price. All their installers were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Their programmers understood what we needed and programmed our home accordingly. We love having all our lights, music and Lutron shades on the smart system and can access it via our IPhone or I pads remotely or in the home. The Lutron shades are terrific and so quiet. We are thrilled with everything Audio Impact did for us and we would highly recommend them.

Ryan was great. I called as one of my Philips Hue lights were offline. Within a few minutes he was able to remotely log into my Control 4 system and get my theatre back up and running. It was great to have it done on the spot and he took good care of me.
I used to use Magnolia at Best Buy and they are terrible. I’ve called 6 times in 3 weeks with no call backs about various items for work to be done. Audio Impact are my new go to guys.

Matt and Anthony at Audio Impact have been excellent to work with. I have multiple TVs, lighting zones and 9 audio zones. On a recent visit, Anthony found and resolved a wiring problem in my attic that was caused be insulation installers.

Great company. Good communication. They upgraded my whole house AV system from analog to HDMI, solving problems with the original installation that was performed by a different company. I have 4 TVs and 10 audio zones and smart home automation connected to a central rack, and was having issues with signal quality and other technical issues. Now everything perfect. They also manage my home automation and security. Highly recommend.

The gang at Audio Impact is great. We had them upgrade the entertainment system in our new home a few years ago, adding music throughout the house and it’s been great. Then we had an issue with the main TV remote 2 days before the Super Bowl. We couldn’t turn on the TV and we were hosting some friends for the game. I called Marcos and he was on top of it, getting their crew out the next day to get it all up and running. Great service!

I have just had a fairly significant system of audio and visual equipment installed by the team at Audio Impact. From start to finish the whole team has been extremely professional, responsive, deeply knowledgeable and really nice with it. I am not one for writing reviews but in this case I make the exception as I am that pleased and satisfied with all the Audio Impact teams work. From consultation, pricing, scheduling, installation and my calls on «how do I do this», their support has been amazing. The system itself is remarkable, the ability to hear different music in every room, watch different channels on each TV through the house, gaming control and more all from my mobile phone.

We have been working with Audio Impact for the past 6 years on many projects including newly constructed homes and remodels. It has always been so easy for us to install our DirectTV boxes in Audio Impact’s equipment racks. All the wiring is all labeled and easy to identify which boxes go where. Their cable quality is awesome and their computer networking is top notch and makes it a breeze for our boxes to configure and offer on-​demand and whole home service with the Genie and Samsung RVU DirecTV integration. We strongly recommend these guys!

We bought our shell of a home a little over a year ago and called a few different places for quotes. Marcus came over and took a look at the property and gave us a very detailed quote. He was so friendly, knowledgable, patient and fun to talk to. We quickly knew that Audio Impact was going to be our installers. And they were so much more than that. Ryan came to visit us shortly thereafter and he really knows his stuff. He talked us through different ideas as we started to conceptualize what we wanted. This was a very big project. They were able to start right away and the team was amazing. Everyone was knowledgable, positive and team oriented. They were focused, efficient, tidy and very trustworthy. They gave us their honest opinion on what they thought we would want based on our personal preference and they were spot on. The job was finished quickly and it really made our house an incredible home. Now, beautiful music streams through our home seamlessly and gorgeous televisions are sized just right in every room. Since moving in I have called on Audio Impact a couple of times and they are always very responsive, kind and patient. Audio Impact has made our dreams a reality.

Audio Impact is a family-​owned business — father and son — which is great to see. Marcos was responsive to my initial phone call and was at the house on the 2nd day after the call. I appreciated Marcos’ pleasant, straightforward answers to my questions and his desire to sell me what I needed. In several instances, I asked whether I needed a more expensive/​capable device. Marcos gave an honest response and told me it was probably more expense/​capability than I needed. He was right, and I am very happy with quality level and price point. Installation went smoothly and Marcos’ team went out of their way to fabricate a support piece on the fly.
It’s been one year since installation. I called Marcos last weekend about an apparent TV problem. He offer to come over and take a look first thing Monday. During the same weekend, I figured out that the problem was a cable provider issue (faulty cable box and nothing to do with Audio Impact). Although the cable box issue was NOT Audio Impacts’ responsibility, Marcos followed up with me on Monday and the week after to see if I needed help. I will use Audi Impact again and am happy to recommend them to others.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have not spoken to a more arrogant self indulged person in a long time. I dont know how Marcus Lipkovicius works there. I tried to consult with him and he made me feel like I wasted my time trying to speak to him. The company may do ok work, but stay away from Marcus.
