History

Established in 2006.

ArtWorks San Diego was established by Wendell Eckholm, whose fifteen years as general manager of Cooke’s Crating in Los Angeles has given him an extensive knowledge of fine art handling and storage, and by Chuck Betlach, a private collector of contemporary works and avid supporter of the museum community. Mr. Betlach currently is on the board of directors of the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego. ArtWorks San Diego offers personalized and professional service to the most discriminating clients. Whether it is the installation of an entire household of treasured art works and antiques or the arranging for the safe shipping and delivery of a work just purchased at auction, ArtWorks San Diego is here to serve the needs of the collector and the art collection.
