I can’t attest to the quality of work regarding the tree services but the customer service provided by the front desk manager/​receptionist was pretty awful. The woman was unusually curt to the point of rudeness and not easy to work with. They should consider training their employees about phone courtesy and how to talk to people if they want to stay in business.
