I’ve called at least 4 times to discus a tall tree in my backyard and made it very clear if they can’t do the job then just let me know. Everything is done well around the rest of the yard except the tree I keep referring to. I try to get to talk to anyone to find out a solution but NO RESPONSE! ! I’m sorry but I can’t work with a business that has POOR customer service. Open to finding a replacement landscaper

I called Efren for a bid on our large yard cleanup. He arrived on time and we agreed on the start date. He and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They worked very hard, were professional, neat and clean and finished the work on time. They also brought all the tools and equipment necessary for the large job (and it was a lot). Another thing I noticed and appreciated: they were not loud and invasive as I have had experienced with past workers.

If you could pick no stars this would work! My neighbors are using this company to do their yard but the problem is the fence.
They didn’t do a good neighbor fence and all the fence posts are crooked. Nice view we have now! They made the fence various heights and didn’t put it as close to the ground as they should have so my dogs can put their faces under. Eventually they will dig a hole to get to the other side. We already had to nail boards to the bottom of the fence! We offered to pay half but they said no. I am glad because I would have them redo it. Where our gate goes in the front is off by an inch which is very visible.

These guys are a no show. I had an appointment yesterday for a quote and they called an hour and a half after our appointment to say they were caught up at a job and weren’t going to make the appointment — yeah, it was an hour and a half ago! So we rescheduled for today. Again, another no-​show. These guys are flakes. Don’t waste your time.

We’ve had Efren and his guys come out twice to our house for landscape cleanup– over grown birds of paradise, fruit trees, etc. They haven’t disappointed us yet. Basically, they had to clean up other gardener’s mistakes– not doing their job of monthly maintenance. Efren, the owner, is friendly and reasonable. They do a great job for the price!
Nice to see a landscaper/​gardener finally doing good work.
