I found them on-​line, the lady was fine and quoted $ 70/​hr. When technician arrived he fixed the problem in less than 5 min, then asked for credit card and told me «work» was $ 100/​hr and diagnose the problem was $ 70. The lady on the phone did not tell me they charge $ 100/​hr for labor. I feel I was bait and switched.

Horrible experience… We called and said, «We have a dishwasher that isn’t draining properly.» Guy shows up (Renaldo) takes a look at it and says, «Your dishwasher isn’t draining properly.» That was what we got for $ 70 (I’m sorry… $ 69.95 — he was very adamant that it was $ 69.95 every time I said $ 70). To fix it would be $ 150 ($ 149.95) if it didn’t require parts and up to an additional $ 200) if it did. I asked if it would require parts and he said he wouldn’t know until he was in there and once he started it would be an automatic $ 149.95. Back and forth ensued until I finally had to ask him to leave… three times. Shady slimy experience…

The customer service have informed the cost of a service call will be 16.95 $, when a technician came to do diagnose on a washer charged 69.95 $. My washer never got fixed but i paid 69.95 $ for a technician to tell me the washer is broken. SO I would NOT recommend this Business to anyone!!! Do not get tricked to pay 69.95 $

Eric W. serviced several Kitchen Aid appliances, and did an excellent job of trouble shooting and correcting the problems. He is informed, curtious and is an excellent technician.

The repair person was right on time. although I was told he would call first so I would be prepared for his arrival. I wasn’t ready!
He was fast and did a good job repairing my dishwasher! This place has been good to me and my appliances!

My oven stopped working so I called Appliance Rescue to have it looked at. On my own I looked up trouble shooting and was hoping it was not the control panel since that is the most expensive part to replace. Stephan C #88 came and quickly confirmed that was the problem. Stephan was very nice and said he could order the part and install it next week but I told him I needed time to decide if I wanted to replace the part or the stove. There was no pressure to have him repair it and he even asked that while he was there if there was anything else for him to look at since I had to pay the service call anyway. Should I decide to have him replace the part, the service fee will be credited within 30 days. I like places that don’t pressure you into things and now just need to decide what to do. Stephan was prompt, courteous, and honest. I’d call them again.

Thomas tech # 24 was sent by Samsung to find out why my washing machine sprayed water and flooded my home. Thomas called in the morning to get a recap of what was going on. He arrived on time and I felt he was very knowledgable. Athough my husband wasnt home, he had no issue speaking wiht him via phone so that both of us understood what the issue was and all our options. He was very patient and really listened to my concerns. Another Samsung subcontractor from a different company had already been to my home to diagnose the washer and re-​flooded my home so I was extremely nervous but he took care to explain everything. I would call them again and use them again.

We have a built in Kitchenaid refrigerator and have been through some.. .. well let’s just call them shady repair centers. We were most recently scheduled with Appliance Rescue and were very pleased with the overall level of service. The technician, Sean Hunt, was on time, listened to our needs and engaged appropriately to diagnose the history of our issues. Sean was very up front and even called other colleagues to ensure his understanding was accurate. I would highly recommend Sean Hunt and Appliance Rescue to others in need of good appliance repair service!

Stephen has been out a few times to fix several appliaces. He is wonderful. always professional fixes things quickly with no problems. He is the best and I recommed the company and him.

The worst. Scheduling a nightmare. took 2 weeks to fix it when they were told from the beginning the error code and what was wrong. Replaced wrong part because no one at the service paid attention to error code. would never recommend even though it was fixed under warranty. Terrible customer service. Bad Bad Bad.

Kitchenaid referred us to them as an authorized repair agent for our oven, Everything went exactly as it should have, Tech Robbie #95 called to let us know he would be a few minutes delayed from the 30 minute window they gave us. He was extremely professional, had the part we needed based on what we had described, and repaired the oven to like new condition. Have heard good word of mouth on this company and I am happy to add my positive feedback. We will absolutely use them again if needed, as well request Robbie.

Excellent technician, Robbie #95 before he came asked for model number of dishwasher. Had all material ready to fix unit! Quick and thorough. Will always ask for number 95 at appliance rescue!

Our technician (Luis M. #19) was very polite, knowledge, and quickly repaired our KitchenAid fridge that wasn’t holding the correct temperature.

Don’t call them at 1 800 Appliance! I called them for a Jenn Aire range with a keypad problem Technician pushed 2 buttons and said it was not working. Something I already knew! He then called his office and said it would be $ 450 to repair and a three week wait for the part. He then charged me $ 69 for doing nothing. I called Jenn Aire who said they could get the part to me in 2 days. They asked if the technician had tested for the pad or board. I told them he did nothing but ask for money.

Awful customer service to say the least. I was scheduled with this provider yesterday to fix a refrigerator that stopped cooling. Since my fridge is still under warranty, I didn’t have much of a choice on who to call for service. I called them 3 times to confirm the technician was coming and every time I called they gave me the same story: «You’re on the schedule and the technician will be there». Long story short, the technician never showed nor did he even bother to return calls. Btw, that technician’s name is ‘Michael’ and apparently he was upset that he was scheduled to come diagnose a Samsung refrigerator (Samsung is not his specialty), so he intentionally did not return calls. At 5:18pm, I called and requested that I get a call back from the supervisor. I didn’t hear back from Dave (the technician supervisor) so I called again this morning and left another message for Dave and the office manager, Anthony. Today, Spencer #74 showed up to fix my refrigerator. He was very apologetic for the ‘misunderstanding’ – more like bad customer service if you ask me. He was knowledgable, fast and very professional. Meanwhile, I have left 2 additional messages for both supervisors Dave and Anthony and they have yet to call back.
I am solely giving this provider 3 stars for technician Spencer #74 and zero or negative stars for technician Michael and supervisors Dave and Anthony.

We first used Appliance Rescue just because they are the local authorized service center for KitchenAid appliances. Our dishwasher had stopped working, and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We were very happy with the guy they sent out. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem, but gave us several helpful tips on maintaining all of our kitchen appliances.
We have since had two problems with our refrigerator, and contacted Appliance Rescue both times. Our most recent technician was Luis (#19). He was on time, and had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes. He had to special order a faulty part and came back the next day to install it. Everything’s working now. Good and prompt service, as we’ve come to expect from Appliance Rescue.

Robbie N. #95 was just awesome! He came found what was wrong and fix it. He is very pleasant and officiant. I will recommend him to all who needs an appliance repaired. Thanks!

These guys came out to repair my Fridge. They are contracted by Maytag, as I was under the warranty period. I had a list of about 3 problems that needed to be fixed. The repairman was lazy and did not want to do any real work. He finally agreed to fix the problem where water was dripping all over our floor from the freezer. He replaced a little 25 cent plastic piece on the drain line and said it was fixed. I was suspicious that it was not, but what could I do?
Well now it is a year later and the same problem is happening again (It takes time for enough water to gather at the bottom of the fridge because most evaporates). I called today and spoke to Anthony, who is the manager, and he refuses to come over and repair.
Avoid this company. All of their negative reviews are very accurate. Bad company.
