I went to this school to get my license. It was a best decision I made. Passed the exam on my first try. Tools and materials provided were exactly what I needed to get me through the state exam. I would highly recommend this school to anyone considering pursuing the real estate carrier.

This is a lousy prep program, it will not prepare you for your real estate exam. I also don’t agree with their ethics. Save your money and headache and use to RE Trainers. I was very disappointed in Anthony Schools, which is now Kaplan.

When I got my Real Estate licence this was the place to go. They were fast, efficient, and the teachers are excellent. I took some needed classes here and one at Mesa College. I liked the class environment of Anthony Schools. Not to mention the classes were compacted and I learn better if I have a short and compacted schedule, it leave no down time to forget. I think this office and many of the in class options have been downsized with the economy. But no fear you can still find classes online that are very good. Even though I can’t go take classes here anymore, I will be using their online study to keep my Real Estate licence current.

Kaplan school for real estate. Did you check their prices? It’s outrageous! Are the giving out gold if you enroll there? Who came up with such an outrageous number? Are they on crack? after seeing their rates, I’m too afraid to look at rates for other classes. Sad really…

If you want to start or advance in a career that requires some sort of license in California, chances are you can study for it at Anthony. They offer training and test preparation classes for real estate sales and finance, appraisal, home inspection, and insurance and securities. I found the Balboa location a convenient headquarters for my licensing classes. The instructor was very expeienced and knowledgeable about the field, and really focused on test preparation. I think this is wise since ‘book learning’ isn’t always relevant in the working world, so these classes really should just be about what they want you to know to pass the tests. If you have problems staying motivated with tedious studying, it can be much more productive to go to an in person class, instead of taking a self-study course, and Anthony offers both of these options. I’ve never heard anyone say they were disappointed with Anthony Schools.
