Established in 2011.

In 2011, the lawyers at Annis & Vercollone, Richard J. Annis and James R. Vercollone, formed a partnership to bring together over 40 years of combined family law experience. The firm handles family law matters, including divorce, legal separations, high asset divorces, complex property issues, custody disputes, child and spousal support, annulments, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, interstate/​international jurisdictional issues, domestic violence, guardianships and juvenile dependency matters. The firm advises clients both in mediation and litigation settings.

Business Owner

James R. Vercollone has spent more than ten years practicing exclusively family law in San Diego and southern California. Mr. Vercollone has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Family Law Specialist. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists. Mr. Vercollone has dealt with all aspects of family law litigation, including complex property issues, custody disputes, support matters, and has negotiated numerous prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Vercollone assists clients with their family law matters, whether through mediation or litigation.
