Alberto (AMK Painting) was referred to us by a neighbor. After getting quotes from Alberto and another painter, we decided to go with AMK Painting. Our project involved stripping and repainted the front door, thresholds, wood screen door slider, and wood and glass slider. Also, interior work was done on the wood transition from the family room to the kitchen (which was in need of refinishing). Alberto worked with us every step of the way. We had to find color matches for all the different surfaces, and Alberto brought out many samples for our review. Bottom line, Alberto and his crew did a terrific job, the results look great. When he said he was coming, we could count on it. The quality of workmanship was excellent. We should now have many more years of life on the areas that were looking a bit shabby. I’m more than happy to give AMK Painting 5 stars. Great quality at a great price. I highly recommend AMK Painting!

Alberto gave us a reasonable quote. He painted our outdoor trim of our whole house. He did an excellent job. He also painted our front door which turned out beautiful. He cleaned up everything. He is meticulous about his work. We are very happy and will be using him again for our other projects.

I was referred to AMK Painting from my next door neighbors as they were very happy with the exterior painting of their home. Alberto came almost immediately to give me a bid for painting the exterior of my house and my fence. His bid was very fair and the work began very soon to make my house look it’s best. I felt that he took his time to care about the work he was doing by priming and applying two good coats of paint while being very careful of my property and making sure I was happy. He is very professional, friendly, I will call him for my next project and will recommend him to anyone that wants quality painting at a fair price!!!

Alberto has painted nearly every wall and ceiling in the 6700 sq ft house I manage. His crew first came in March and painted the walls, ceilings and trim in all the bedrooms, offices, main rooms and bathroom. They were great about being on time and covering all the surfaces. Since then we have had him back to paint a second large room, patch holes and re-​paint furniture. Each time he comes with enthusiasm and does a great job. Highly recommended.

Alberto painted our entire home last year and he was extremely competitive in pricing– working within our budget. He is super polite, professional and the house looks amazing. He clearly takes great pride in his work and was attentive to every detail we asked for. He arrived on time every day and cleaned his work space every evening so as not to inconvenience us. I will not use another painting service ever again. He used top quality paint and primed and power washed the house appropriately to ensure his work lasts at least 7 years. This business is professional, reliable, dedicated and experienced.

Alberto is an excellent painter, he can be really careful with the furniture in the room and pays great attention to detail. I didn’t have to clean up after he was done in my living room in my house in downtown, it was as if everything was exactly were it belonged but with new beautiful paint.

As a property manager, I have the need of an excellent painter all the time. I have had the pleasure of using Alberto now for about a year. He is professional, licensed and a by the book guy. I trust him completely, he has security access to my property and key access to storage areas.
His rates are exceptionally reasonable and fair. He completes his tasks on time. His billing and invoicing system is superb.
He is respectful to all those he comes in contact with, a very gracious man.
He is a clean painter, meaning careful and considerate of his surroundings while working. Takes very care of his equipment and cleans up the work areas after his job is done.
In my years of working with various types of vendors, I can say without any reservations, that Alberto is by far the best painter I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
