Just bought a new 2016 Civic Coupe EXT from Poway Honda. Since I couldn’t find a touring in the color I wanted anywhere south of LA they offered to install leather. They sent it here to get a look similar if not better than the factory leather and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product.

I am restoring a ’91 MR2. The OEM leather was ripped and torn everywhere. Carmax referred me here.
It took only a few days for the leather to come in. I dropped off my seats and was able to pick them up the next day. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Pricing was about the same as some other shops I called. They were cheaper by a few hundred compared to a couple of shops in the area also.
So far, this has been the best upgrade I’ve done to the car. It doesn’t feel like i’m sitting in a 25 year old car. All the stitching is straight and the perforated leather looks great. I will definitely be bringing all my projects back here.

My wife got a new Prius and needed a leather interior due to our daughter’s allergies. The dealership recommended ASC an we are very happy. It took just over a day to get it done (had to leave the car overnight) but the results were great. We were a bit worried when they told us, after it was finished but before we saw it, that it would «look better» after it warmed up after a few months but it looks great now.
Well we think it looks great and apparently they tell that to anyone getting leather installed in the winter months, as the temperature heats up, the seats will expand slightly and it will look better. No matter, we’re very pleased with ASC and highly recommend them.

My wife and I came here after seeing that new car’s cloth just wasn’t holding up. The car was only year old and the cloth would stain just by looking at it the wrong way. For context, its a 2013 Kia Rio that we bought the year prior, and yes I’m just now writing this review.
So its been two years since we’ve installed the leather, it’s been holding up great. It definitely makes the car look more expensive, and they even had an exact match to the exterior color, and interior. We chose Katzkin covers as I was familiar with the name and trusted the quality. The installation was simple, and took maybe day or so, maybe less I can’t recall. Its recall they had excellent customer service and really applauded them on it as it seemed like a dying art.

I just purchased a used 2014 Honda CRV. Great condition, had everything I wanted except leather. I took it to ASC and had them install the leather interior. It looks factory installed if NOT BETTER! The car looks brand new and it was done fast (two days) and at a great price… way less than what I had expected. I actually show off the leather to my friends and family (because I know they will be shocked!) and everyone says it looks factory installed. I give ASC 5 stars+ for leather interiors.

I love my car, so I’m overly cautious on where I bring it for service, maintenance, etc. I checked these guys out because of their professional-​looking website and their Unilocal reviews. Let me tell you, the Unilocalers are right.
The staff are great. The lady I dealt with on the phone, Angel, was professional throughout my entire transaction/​service. When I arrived, I had a few questions, and the installer dropped what he was doing and came over and showed me what I wanted to know.
The sunroof installation looks great, inside and out. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but so far no mechanical issues. They’re booked about five weeks out on some jobs, so call now!

My aunt called for a quote on her 2000 Lexus es300 for broken roof glass. They told her it would be &1,000.00 to replace. Now if you look online the part is about 160 EVERYWHERE! So you’re telling me labor is $ 840? What a scam!

Last week went here for a recommendation from my wife after having hers done. A sunroof that is. My wife has a 2011 Honda element and I have 1997 toyota tacoma.
I love my tacoma and have always been curious about this luxury if u will. Possible issue with my truck is the vinyl ceiling…
first off customer service was great from Gloria, she is a doll. You can expect a smile, happy and welcoming. Business itself is very clean with comfortable couches!
Workmanship is bar none and handled vinyl ceiling with ease. Same with my wife’s car as well. Both our sunroofs look absolutely wonderful.
The price was/​is fair as well. If your thinking about an upgrade get a quote and go in at the least.

Brought my car in to have the sunroof fixed — without an appointment. Customer service was great! This was the first major problem that I had with the sunroof in 10 years — and they installed it! I cant say that about anything else that I’ve owned for ten years :-) They charged me $ 78 just for a tune up/​cleaning of the sunroof. Great job and I highly recommend them!

These people saved the day when others said it couldn’t be done! I had a questionable sunroof install and they held my hand the whole way through. Excellent final product!

I am very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of American Sunroof Corporation. Recently I had them install the Solair 5300 automatic sunroof in my 2011 Sonata. This was the one thing missing from my car. The finished product is better than I hoped for, it looks like it came from the factory! It is so nice having a new sunroof in my car and I use it everyday. If you every wanted a great looking and functioning sunroof in your car (c’mon this is San Diego!) I highly recommend American Sunroof Corp.

Great place for adding some function or a lil’ swag to your current ride! Leather seats, sunroof, navigation, window tint, back-​up system, etc. If your ride didn’t come with these options when u bought it, you can have it installed aftermarket here. Great prices, and completed really quickly!

For some reason the Scion xB doesn’t come with a sunroof. Kinda weird in my opinion. The staff at American Sunroof Corp did an excellent job installing a sunroof on my xB. It looks like it would if it came from the factory!!! The job was done faster than I had expected, and I am extremely satisfied with the look, and performance. I highly recommend this company. Based on their customer service, I plan to use them for other projects I have, such as: interior modifications for my other car, navigation, and the best part is they are an authorized pioneer distributor!!! I’m definitely using them for any applicable services they offer! You’ll probably see me review this company again and again, as I will be back to take advantage of all of their services!

I took my 2000 Mazda 626 to American Sunroof after 2 other establishments couldn’t fix my sunroof. Apparently my car is older than I think/​feel it is & the dealerships don’t carry parts for my car any longer. My parts had to be ordered from Georgia. Once they came in and were installed, I went about a week before the module went out. This time the part could not be ordered and was difficult to find. Somehow they found one & installed it without further cost to me! Gloria, the GM, and the rest of the staff are very friendly & supportive. I am a single mother of 2 and Gloria helped me to keep the cost low, as you know sunroof repairs can be pricey. I will be recommending American Sunroof to my friends & anyone that I might hear needs their help in addition to returning as needed for my repairs.

The other day i was in need of some serious repairs to my sunroof and called my local ASC. They were fairly polite on the phone and got me an estimate for a fair price and the next day i made an appointment and was able to show up early and they got right to fixing it. They spent a good amount of time going through everything and made a point to show me what was wrong and when i explained to them my situation, they were understanding and made sure to keep the repairs WITHIN BUDGET. I was happy to have my needs met and there wasnt much i would change.
I have had my Sunroof for 9 years from these people and this was the first time it needed repair so all in all a good company to deal with.

My wife bought a used Toyota Sienna Minivan with a lift for my daughters wheelchair and she really wanted a sunroof. We were referred to American Sunroof and immediately setup an appointment. What was supposed to take two days only took one day and my wife loves her sunroof. The sunroof is exactly as we were told it would be and the work was clean, professional, as well as the entire staff being very courteous and helpful. We had a great experience and are happyw ith the work that was done as well as the great warranty the sunroof comes with. I highly recommend American Sunroof for any of your after market needs, especially a sunroof.

My truck was taken here by the dealership today to have Bluetooth installed. The result was a crappy piece of junk put in. It took over my sunglasses holder and they left grease on my ceiling. Now I have to see what the dealership will have to do to fix this. Do not use this place if you can avoid it. FYI … I believe they used this piece of junk as part of a bait and switch thing.
Edit. In response to the response from the company a mere 6 months after it was posted. I appreciate your effort to save face but no authorization was given from the vehicle owner, me. The unit you guys installed was not what was agreed upon with the service team when I was at the dealership. The unit was actually much better with real integration. Also, the comment you made about it not being a piece of junk because it costs more in total B.S. Something can have a high price and still suck. No one could hear me on that unit when I was driving. I was only audible when the truck was parked with the engine off and I speak loudly. In any case my original review of your shoddy work still stands as you should never leave grease on the ceiling of a brand new vehicle.
