First, let me say these guys are great! Steve, the owner is so attentive and informative about his machines. I have never met someone who is so passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He knows his stuff and when deciding on which copier would work best for my business he took the time to ask questions about my business and the use of the machine. He recommended the perfect machine for me, the BIZHUB 283. His price was extremely fair and his service is unmatched.

I have called AllTech twice for service and they came out on the same day and worked until they resolved all my issues and more. As an IT Service Provider, I have had the privilege of referring my clients to AllTech Imaging for the past several years. Recently, I referred a client looking for a printer and my client couldn’t be happier. There needs were relatively simple — they needed a device that would allow the staff to scan, fax and print but they didn’t need a large machine that would likely be expensive.
AllTech looked out for my client by recommending a multi-​function printer that did everything they needed without breaking the bank. They were able to get a machine that was gently used, had very low usage, has reasonably priced consumables, had scan and fax capability, and was exceptionally priced. They never tried to oversell my client on a machine that did more than what they needed and was completely honest with my client through the whole process. Despite the fact that this printer was not a huge dollar item, AllTech took really good care of them. I can’t say enough about the integrity, professionalism, friendliness and very reasonable prices of AllTech. They were also very punctual. They delivered the printer quickly and left everything ready for me to integrate on my client’s network.

Why should you do business with AllTech Imaging Technologies? Because they will be there for you when you need them. I am completely satisfied with their service; they delivered as promised, and on Xmas eve when you would be lucky to get anybody on the phone.
In our office we use big equipment for printing and scanning, but we also like to keep back up printers around the office. I was getting ready to get rid of some old HP printers, because I was having problems with the paper tray, and I decided to ask Steven Ferguson, owner of Alltech Imaging Technologies, if there was anything he could do to save me money by not buying new machines. He took the printers and in no time he fixed the paper trays. At first, I though a $ 90.00 charge just for checking the printer was excessive, but it was less than other vendors would charge.
I highly recommend AllTech Imaging Technologies for all printing needs, they provided me with great service, sales and supplies. I will be certainly use them again.

AllTech Repair Review
When our HP color laser printer would no longer print magenta I called a few local repair places. Two of them, including AllTech Imaging Technologies said it likely just needed a good cleaning. We decided to try All Tech as they offered in home service for a reasonable fee. The representative I spoke with on the phone told me they would do a thorough cleaning of the machine and a 16 point inspection. The tech arrived on time and started his troubleshooting, checking to make sure the machine was calibrated correctly via the built in menus. He then used a portable vacuum to clean out the accumulated excess toner from the cartridge bay.
He did not take apart the machine to do more than a superficial cleaning before calling another tech and telling us the laser scanner is bad and needed replacement. We inquired about getting a new, comparable machine through AllTech and he said the office would get back with us with a repair estimate and cost of a new machine as well.
The estimate for the repair came back with a new laser scanner and not option on the cost of a new machine. Since Alltech had to order the part and we would be without the printer for a few days, we took it to Printer Repair Depot, a shop we have used before and had good experiences with. Over the phone the tech at Printer Repair Depot was almost certain that it only needed a thorough cleaning to get it working again, saying this was a common problem with this type of machine. They did a thorough cleaning of not just the cartridge bay but took the laser scanner apart to clean the scanner bed as well. They told me they disassemble the machine in order to get to the parts that need cleaning, something that the tech from All Tech did not do before telling us we needed a new laser scanner.
All Tech did nothing more than run the built in diagnostic programs on the machine and do some superficial cleaning and then telling us we needed new parts at additional cost.
I would not use AllTech again or recommend them as they did not do the promised 16 point inspection or thorough cleaning of the machine as promised and more importantly tried to charge us for parts that were not needed after not doing the job correctly in the first place.
