I’ve been with Allstate for over 25 years and have worn many hats in the company. My tenure and experience has allowed me to not only understand the ins-​and-​outs of insurance, but also to service hundreds of families regarding their protection needs. History

Established in 1987.

Our office began in 1971 with Norman Hill. In 1987, Norman’s son, Michael, became an agent and in 1991, Michael & Norman opened an office together. In June, 1997 Norman retired and the office has been running strong ever since.

Michael has been involved with the community for many years. He is a proud member of the 10 gallon club with the San Diego Blood bank. He supports the Make-​a-​Wish foundation. He is an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 680, Rancho Bernardo, and he is a member of the San Diego North County Chamber of Commerce.

Been with Michael for almost a year now. Since the day I signed up and millions of questions later he still has patience to put up with me. I have my car, property rental, and life insurance through him. To have all those under Mike through Allstate means I trust him to handle all my insurance needs.
He will reiterate questions and answers to make sure you understand even though you give the «okay I’m listening but not really head nod». It’s quite amazing how much he cares and most importantly remembers you.
2 year resident of San Diego and I’m happy to say I found the person for my life long insurance needs.
They are also family operated as well, so you’ll see his son and wife at the front desk to answer questions and set up appointments.

He is energetic, funny, honest and very reliable so if we had any concerns about our insurance, we know where to go and who to talk to. That’s a big relief. I have never encountered such a congenial, sincere professional in my entire life. Found Mike through Unilocal and he assisted me with the best policy for my financial situation. I called around six places before him and his price was seriously 1⁄3rd of the quotes I was obtaining.

One of the most honest insurance agents you could work with. He is always looking out for the client and what is best for them. If you choose Michael for your insurance provider be prepared for honest answers that you might not be willing to hear, but will only benefit you in the end.
